OMG!! I LOVE WHAT THEY DID FOR ME!! I ordered T-shirts for our Restaurant, They were SUPER KIND with me. No need to mention about quality, BC, They offered me the best quality. I totally recommend this place to make custom stuffs.

Have ordered several times from Kusteez since they first opened and they have never disappointed. I order custom made tshirts for every occasion as they make great gifts for family members and friends. My husband even ordered for his entire softball team and everyone was really happy. The price is great, the customer service is amazing, they are quick and efficient and offer the best deal. The work quality is always perfect and exactly what I expect. Even though I live in Toronto and could probably go with another company, I trust them and their quality of work as they are reliable and always on time. Their website makes it easy to order from and is very user friendly.Thanks Kusteez, you have made gift giving a breeze!

My entire experience with Kuzteez was a nightmare. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were unresponsive, did not pay attention to detail, and got the entire order wrong. They delivered the order months after it was promised to be done but the order was not even correct! The material was wrong, the sizes were mixed up, and the design dimensions were not as expected. I am horribly dissatisfied with the service that I have received and I will never work with Kusteez again.

We’ve been working with Kusteez for over three years, and I’m disappointed to say that we will not be working with them again.We placed a large order with this company earlier this year, and we are very disappointed with the customer service. The final result did not have the right quantity, design, OR sizes, and it was ready MONTHS after the quoted date. The customer service representative assigned to our order rarely replied to emails on time, and when he did, he didn’t even respond to the same email thread.Our team had to visit the office in person multiple times, and on the first trip, the employee was not even there. He was unprofessional and quite rude; when we told him we were unsatisfied with the final order, he began to accuse us.I would recommend avoiding this company if you do not want to age 10 years from stress.

I ordered embroidered hats and screen printed shirts from kusteez for my streetwear brand. Fairly good service and my products were either on time or early. Very satisfied with the service. The quality of both orders was impeccable, better than other places I've tried.

Kusteez more like KRUSTEEZ!I was very disappointed the service Kusteez has poorly offered. Communicating with them was very difficult, they seemed to never understand our emails and when we tried to call them, they would never return our calls (at one point this man, Chris Dawe, told us to call back in 30 mminutes" when he opened his computer like what is that?). We had to call them after several times of poor communication and our order was not even ready! We waited more than 2 months to receive what we need and it was not even the quality he showed us in the beginning! And then

Searched all around the internet for a good place to make custom shirts in Canada and I fell onto this website. Their apparel is extremely good quality,their printing, is on point compared to other companies and the best part is that their prices are really good. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality apparel that you can customize to your own liking.

We used Kusteez for T-shirts and Sweatshirts and Victor was great. He came in and brought all kinds of promotional items and was very knowledgeable with the different fabrics and good pricing. I appreciated his customer service and super quick lead time as well! We'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Kusteez has by far the best quality clothing when it comes to custom apparel. I've ordered from them multiple times and their services only keep improving in my opinion. The print on their tshirts, crewneck sweaters, hoodies, etc. are super detailed. I could literally send them a picture of my turtles in HD to print on a tshirt and the print would come out the same. The staff is also very nice and will take their time to make sure you get the clothing you want. If I could, I would rate this company 10 stars but google only lets me give them 5.

Customer service by email is pretty much non-existent. So for follow-up, definitely call where they are very pleasant and helpful. The service was a little slow for a custom shirt, but in the end calling was the way to go to get an update and ultimately to track the shipment.
