My experience with this company was very inspiring. To walk into your store in Sackville was very relaxing. My husband and I were greeted by warm and friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating to our needs.Thier pricing on furniture was very resonable and they didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Delivery was very quick. The matching cushions came also with the sofa and love seat which was quite a pleasant surprise. Most furniture stores don’t include those.I’d recommend this family business to everyone and we will definitely be back in the future!

My fridge kicked the bucket during the recent heat wave. Stopped in at Nothin' Fancy on my lunch break in between work meetings, was in and out quickly. Was greeted by Nick, told him what I was after and he brought me to the section and showed me the fridges that fit my measurements. I got a good deal on the fridge and was home before my next meeting started. Nick was knowledgeable and friendly and set up a good delivery time for me. I've shopped here before and received quality service from another sales person as well. I would recommend shopping here.

Great customer service! Got an amazing deal on a sectional!

Spacious, uncluttered showroom. Well laid out. Excellent products, prices, and service. We found exactly what we wanted at the right price. Quick delivery and you can have your old furniture removed at the time of delivery.

I am very disappointed with the service from nothin fancy, i bought a couch and matching chair earlier this month and when it was delivered we discovered the chair of the leg would not screw in . I called nothin fancy right away and they said they would get back to me , I waited 3 days before they called back and then they asked me to take the backing off the chair myself and repair it ! I said absolutely not, I either want a new chair or have it repaired by them . I am still waiting for the call back from them 3 weeks later …..to me this is unacceptable! .

Terrible service!!!! :(We bought a bunch of expensive furniture and the very next day while watching tv, we saw that they are having a massive sale. The day after our big purchases. It would have been nice if they told us about that before we paid over $5000 on furniture.We bought one of their most expensive bedroom sets and the paint started to peel off of the headboard and footboard two weeks after having them shipped to our home. After numerous phone calls and emails sent to them for repairs, two months later we finally get a call back from someone telling us that the only thing they will do for our headboard and footboard now is to send someone to our home with a paint touch up pen:/ not impressed!!!! It’s been over three more weeks now since we were told that someone would be coming to our home soon to fix the headboard and footboard. I would never shop there again or recommend anyone I know to shop there.
