As a nurse I am always very conscious of the sterility and cleanliness of the services I receive and was impressed by being shown all equipment that would be used in sealed sterile packaging prior to beginning my transformation. Her attention to detail carries through in the aftercare kit she provides which if used as directed completely avoids the scabbing and peeling process that is often associated with microblading. I recently had my first lash lift and tint from Michelle. I absolutely love her booking service as I received both a text and an email confirming my appointment. Upon arriving at her studio she was prepared and ready for me. She explained upfront to me about price, how long it would last, aftercare, and how the procedure is done. I had previously had my eyebrows microbladed by her in 2017 and loved them but decided to try someone new in the last month. Needless to say I was less than satisfied with that persons work (at a cost of $500). When I mentioned this to Michelle she told me that she would be willing to correct them for me right there. So not only did I leave with beautiful looking lashes, I also had my eyebrows corrected and was so impressed with the results!! I will be visiting Michelle again and recommending her based on the outstanding customer experience I had.

I messaged beauties ink to set up an appointment to touch up my brows. She replied and asked me to send a picture of what they currently looked like. I sent the picture and then heard nothing back. A couple days went by so I thought my message may have been missed. I sent another message to follow up and still heard nothing. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
