FLO nails aesthetics laser

I have been going to Flo for all skin related services (eg. facials, manicures/pedicures, etc.) and absolutely love being there. I love the staff members and the overall positive/cozy/professional vibe. I go there to relax and that's how I feel every time.Thank you to the team of Flo, can't wait for my next visit :)

I stopped in today and saw Natalie for a mani/pedi and some waxing. It was a fabulous experience. She was very warm and outgoing, easy to talk to, and guided me through the process. I was a rookie. The staff and clients were friendly and laid back. I can't wait to go again! FLO easily earned themselves a repeat customer.

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean

FLO has been my top choice for nails and hair removal for almost four years now. Every time I have an appointment, I am fully satisfied with my time. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Lydia is an incredible nail tech and always makes my nails look and feel incredible.

Really disappointed in the quality and longevity of the Flo mail bar. Previously been here once previous and the manicure didn’t last very long. I wanted to give them another chance since I don’t usually get regular manicures with shellac (Usually get gel extensions). However I went again last week and I was extremely disappointed.I had to struggle with the nail technician to make the nails the length I wanted and when I thought we had finally agreed on the length, every nail ended up being way longer than the first nail. The shape was also different for a lot of the nails and some of the nails look very weird because of this. I could have gotten over all of this but before 24hrs after the appointment, my nails started cracking and would’ve completely came off if I didn’t super glue them. This is without doing any rough with my hands (just computer typing!). I’m scared to touch anything because the nails will probably fall off at any point. I have had better manicures paying half the price!!!Im so disappointed in this service because I’ve heard so many great things. I left a review in the internal system when receiving email after my appointment. I thought someone would’ve reached out to me by now but have not heard anything. It seems that they don’t really care about the end product.

Mara is phenomenal. I don’t want to rave about her too much, because she’ll get booked up and I’ll never see her again, but in all seriousness she’s fantastic. I love coming here to get my nails done, the service is always friendly, the atmosphere relaxing, and it’s always clean. Everyone there is welcoming and I truly couldn’t ask for more. I’d give it 10 starts if could.

Amazing experience with Vanessa today when I came in to have my nails corrected after an unfortunate visit somewhere else. She took such great care and patience with the job and my nails look SO much better.On top of that, the place is spotless, the music is great, and every single person is naturally welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Went for my first chemical peel facial and it was a wonderful experience. I gain a lot of knowledge of my skin and it’s needs and the staff was extremely friendly and made the whole experience comfortable.
