We just had a new furnace installed, our 3rd in our home and we can’t say enough on the quality of service from the company. From the very experienced sales rep who took so much time measuring and taking detailed notes and photos to ensure that we had the right model, to the service installers, one in particular who clearly new his stuff and the office staff for their fast communication when we needed a furnace quickly.... thank you all. Also their prices were more than competitive. Would highly recommend!

We have been with T.H. Oliver for 20 years. They have provided excellent maintenance and cleaning of the furnace and fireplace. The last several years Darren has been our service provider and we have found him to be polite, prompt, efficient and tidy. He takes the time to answer all our questions. On Sunday, we awoke to 61 F temperatures. Darren was here within the hour, replaced the igniter and we were quickly back to normal. That emergency service is the most important one to us. The response from T. H.Oliver was excellent. Over the years we have recommended them to neighbours and friends.

TH Oliver saved us $$$$!! could have sold us a new furnace but fixed our current one....and it was done quickly and professionally during the recent frigid temperatures! Highly recommend! When the time comes to replace, I will be calling them!

Oliver Heating and Cooling installed our new furnace and air conditioner about 2 years ago. The products they offer are very efficient and conform easily to new Smart home environments. We really love our new products.When we had a communication error show up on our smart thermostat last week, Oliver had the repairman in our house in a few hours and it only took him about 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem- at no charge.Oliver really stands behind their products and offer such great service - we also use them for routine gas fireplace cleaning and maintenance.Everyone I have dealt with at Oliver Heating and Cooling is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services!!!

I’ve been doing business with TH Oliver for a number of years now. They are extremely responsive! Recently my hot water tank ruptured and they were there within a couple of hours to access and the tank was replaced the next day. Last year my AC stopped working and they had us up and running a few hours later. The admin and service staff all are very professional as well as empathetic to the customers circumstances. The service staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TH Oliver for all of your HVAC needs. A shout out and a thank you to Elise, Daryl and Steve!

Tech Darren from Oliver was on time (actually early) and fixed our fireplace in less than the hour Appt. Fireplace was turned off for 3.5 years and Darren was able to clean pilot and fittings to turn it back on without any new parts. He cleaned the entire fireplace (it was quite dusty) including the glass spotless. Looks and runs better than new. Honest work as quoted. Will use Oliver again for future work.

We've worked with Steve, Elise and team for close to 20 years and have always received great service. Our almost 20 year-old AC system finally decided to give up the ghost and Elise went above and beyond to schedule us in for the installation of a new unit just as a major heatwave was settling in. Wayne and the installation crew showed up on time, worked diligently to install the new unit and left behind a happy customer!
