The hygienist was fantastic, but the dentist I normally had not there, the dentist, Anne bummochel was so terrible. She did not introduce herself before sticking her hands in my mouth. I never felt so uncomfortable. May need to switch to a more friendly dentist. She has zero personality.

Zero compétences, ils savent memes prendre des radiographie comme du monde, et apres ils m'ont transféré a un autre dentiste !! Sans rien m'expliquer ! J'ai du refaire mes radios ailleurs, entka allez-y a ottawa, ici Gatineau les dentistes se sont des bouchées plutot qui servent a rien .

the response from the clinic to Prouxy, is very bad. if he is that bad customer, how were you ok to make money out of his pocket for 18 years. Unethical.

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. They are SUPER friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are always so welcoming!A huge 5 stars to Karine. She is wonderful and so accommodating.I have been seeing Dr Marjorie Kinahan for a while now and am so impressed with her work. She is a true artist! Thank you for all your good service. I always look forward to my visits.

I had the pleasure going here with my senior father in very, very uncomfortable circumstances. He needed a tooth taken out urgently and I couldn’t have called a better place. I watched him all night struggling in pain and given his long list of ailments and knowing no medicine could be taken for pain, it was very frightening.We called many places including my long known dentist with no one available to take us in..By luck, and desperation, I called Clinique Médico-Dentaire de la Gatineau. It started with the reception staff, which accommodated us and did their best to squeeze us in.. The hygienist, who’s understanding and soft spoken voice was so assuring. And to the unbelievable and lovely Dr. Anne Dumouchel. Dr. Anne is a true angel. Although she was booked solid she understood our worry and health concerns. I’m not one to get emotional, but her understanding, compassion and professionalism made me realize there are true angels among us and in that moment It felt I was in presence of one..This is our story and experience with Clinique Médico-Dentaire de la Gatineau and Dr. Anne Dumouchel. I had the front teeth broken went to see a dentist he try to pull my teeth out. Then he stop he said can't do because I was bleeding. Then I remember I had a dentist long time a go his name is ismael lahlou. But is was not at same place he moved to 410 mont payment went see ismael best decision I ever did he said no need to pull the tooth out he is the best he put pins around the tooth and put a new tooth I'm so happy he's very smart friendly I recommend people to see doctor ismael Lahoud at 410 Monte payment ines

Une hygiéniste dentaire à fait mon nettoyage annuel. Quelques heures plus tard, j'avais une douleur importante à une de mes dents tout d'un coup. Un dentiste de la clinique à vérifier après 1 semaine d'attente d'un rendez-vous et après examen, il m'a dit qu'une de mes dents avaient une micro-fissure. Je lui ai mentionné comme quoi je n'avais jamais eu cette douleur à cette dent avant le nettoyage. Il a complètement dévié le sujet et m'a dit que c'étais des choses qui arrivait. Il m'a dit comme quoi c'étais impossible" que ce soit à cause du nettoyage. Drôle de coincidence ? Bref

Je sens que j'ai été tricher par le hygiéniste et l'équipe, très bon travail mais seulement moitié bouche, apparemment ça prendrait 2 rendez-vous. Bon même si ça prend 2 rendez-vous, 1 tu me laiss savoir avant le traitement pas quand t'as déjà commencé, laissez moi le choix de soi continuer le nettoyage ou je décide de m'en aller. La je dois trouver encore $265 apre avoir deja payer $368 pour faire l'autre moitié de ma bouche. Elle a prit 1hr 20 min, y compris le temps d'attente pour le radio et le nettoyage de son équipement. Vraiment des voleurs.
