I service my Hyundai and Ford at Kia. The staff are are knowledgeable and friendly and always provide great service. I also have had my vehicle detailed at Kia and they did an amazing job.

I’ve owned two Kia vehicles now and I’ve never had a problem that they couldn’t fix! I’ve only ever had amazing service/ customer service from them. They all go above and beyond to make your experience there wonderful. I appreciate everything kia has done for my family and I!! I’ll always recommend Kia!! So if you want amazing service, friendly people, and the coolest cars you should defiantly stop in!

I have been dealing with Kia Saint John for four years now and as time goes on there service has really dropped off and not to mention such a high turn over of employees. I will never recommend any of their services to anyone. I sat for four hours waiting to get winter tires changed to summer tires .My appointment was at 8am my car was not ready till 12 pm. I find the atmosphere in this place has really gone down hill .They will be losing my business I will go elsewhere for my next vehicle

I contacted Port City Kia in April/May, I was wondering about a new Carnival, they tried to find me the color and model we wanted, but they didn't find what we wanted so they suggested I wait a little longer and get a new 2024 Kia Carnival, I am happy we did it was supposed to come in end of August but end of June they called me and said it came in, what a great surprise! I drove 3hrs to go there and once I arrive everyone was so kind and friendly, I would recommend them to my friends and family. This is my 3rd Kia purchase from 3 different Kia dealer in New Brunswick this one is by far the best well mannered staff!

I had put a deposit on a vehicle to tentatively replace a likely insurance write off. Due to how things went with insurance, I wasn’t able to complete the purchase. Throughout dealing with them, Port City Kia staff were open, transparent, didn’t stick a bunch of extras in the purchase (which was refreshing, compared to several other dealers), and gave me no grief when I needed to refund the deposit. My experience with their sales staff was positive. I was looking at a less popular vehicle, that was on the lot, so I can’t speak to ordering process and delivery.

Great service and very knowledgeable. I went in with my 09 spectra and had questions about getting bigger size rims and tires for the summer as well as trying to figure out what was causing my AC not to work and not only did they find me a new set of tires and rims that fit the car but also got my AC to work.
