Had a nice experience. Placed my order online. They only had the item in Québec city, so it took 3 days for them to deliver the item from Québec city to Vaudreuil. There’s no shipping fee because I’m picking up the order. They notified me by email and I picked it up. The moment I picked it up, I received a notification of the receipt by email. Nice new modern building, lots instruments and books. Hand sanitizer provided at the entrance of the shop. Very friendly and bilingual services. There were at least 4 gentlemen working at the store coming and asked me if I needed help or assistance!

The staff here are kind and good. It’s not as busy as it is.They do change the guitar strings really well.They have so many instruments that you can choose.A friend of mine reccomended me this store and I want to thank him for that.It’s a would recommend for me.The service here is decent and they are doing good.I would recommend this store.

It's my first time visiting this store. Glad I did! For now I'm just looking around for my next guitar purchase. The shop is nice and neat. Will comeback again for sure.If you use Google Maps to find the store, Google will direct you to Sureté du Québec. Make sure to check the road first.

Replaced a 5-way selector switch in a Yamaha Revstar guitar + setup + strings for a VERY reasonable fee. Great staff and service. It's a nice store too.
