Mississauga Harley-Davidson

Brought my bike in nearly 2 months ago to diagnose an issue with the bike. I'm constantly following up to find out if my bike is ready for pickup but it seems every time I call there is no movement in actually getting my bike back on the road. I figured a larger dealership would be faster at service than a smaller dealership. Wrong. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, my business isn't important to them it seems so I don't yours will be either.

Brought my bike in for service ($115/HR labour), purchased a set of keys, an extra alarm fob, and some knick knacks for my bike. Everyone is pleasant. Expect to pay a bit more by Harley specialists. Brake flush, Transmission flush, Lubricated throttle and clutch cables, and Clutch Adjustment came to $328 after tax. They do rides from time to time and have customer appreciation nights. Newly opened at a convenient location for all the enthusiasts of Harley. Once life gets a little normalized I'll pay a visit in detail today's was just to meet someone in the parking lot.

Just like to thank everybody at Mississauga Harley. Paul was a great salesman explained everything and made sure the whole buying experience was fun and pleasurable . Becky from parts was also amazing. Bike was delivered a couple of Days ago and looks amazing. Thanks again and will recommend to all my friends.

Passed by to buy some parts for my bike. They had some sale items here. Relatively helpful parts sale staffs.

What an amazing group of people... Right from the minute me and my hubby felt at home.. with friendly smiles and full conversations from the moment we walked in.. Helpful in every way possible between looking up items that were not in store and sizes and colors.. Like kinda felt like movie stars.. We spent the entire day here... And i can promise after buying our harley tri- glide here and all of our service we will be back 10000% and HIGHLY recommend all services at this location...

Hello HD Canada,I bought a 2022 Harley Davidson Road Glide here last year- The bike came with a street glide tank decal from the factory. The dealership said- they will order the proper decal and will call.I got a call after almost 6months later that your part is here. I was told that there is no appointment requirement and that I can just come by and it will take not longer than 15min.I made it to the dealership this week and spoke to the staff at front desk. They told me to bring the bike around back. The staff at the back then started to ask me my details- but was prompted by the front desk, saying they spoke to someone and it’s been looked after.Long story short after 2.5hrs to close to 3hrs I was told that no one informed the service staff. During this time I’ve asked about the status of my work order multiple times and was told that someone is looking into this.This level of customs service is the worst I’ve seen at a Harley dealership, and I’ve visited many around the GTA.Thank you

Went to the bike show on January 6, 2023 and bought a 2019 Fat Boy. Dealt with Catherine Penney and she was great to work with! Top notch - answered all my questions and worked with me to use my 2022 48 as a trade in. Completed the final paperwork with Spencer Goudy who did a walk through of the bike and answered all my questions.Same day I completed the final sale, I connected with Steve Redford and Becky Kitto from the Parts Team to get some new parts added to the bike before delivery. They were both very good at listening to what I was interested in and locating these parts for the bike. They kept me informed when the parts came in and when I could expect the parts to be installed. Once installed, I was advised that the parts were on the bike.I was then contacted by Dave Dickson to arrange delivery of the bike. The bike was delivered as promised.Once delivered, I noticed that the back right brake light/blinker was not working. I contacted Catherine Penney and she did not hesitate. She insured that the bike was picked up and the issue was resolved. The fact that Mississauga HD made it right ensures that I will come back to this location for any future purchases.John Park from the Service department fixed the issue and called me to advise that it was a loose bulb. He arranged with Dave Dickson to have the bike delivered to me.The bike was delivered by a young man named, Luc, who as I understand it, is a New Hire to Mississauga HD. Let me say that he is a great hire for you folks as he has strong customer facing skills. He was very polite and courteous when he called to say he was moments away from my address. He offloaded the bike and brought the bike directly to me. He got off the bike and handed me the fob and told me to enjoy the bike and to ride safe.Great start to finish experience! If you are in the west end in or near Mississauga and you are interested in a Harley Davidson, I would highly recommend checking these folks out as they have a good strong team that will help you find the ride you are looking for.Theresa

I’ve tried calling the parts department and always get voicemails. There’s always a lineup if you go to parts. There’s hardly any of the old knowledgeable staff left and it seems the dealership is understaffed. Mississauga Harley might be in a convenient location but sadly that’s all that they have going for them! I now drive out to Cambridge to get my Harley parts. Harley shops should be owned and operated ,like they used to be, by motorcycle enthusiasts not large greedy automotive groups who only care about profits.
