We had an engine light come on our Sprinter/Dodge camper van just outside of Cranbrook on a Friday morning. Hans answered his phone promptly and had his mechanic look at our vehicle within an hour of arriving. The problem was fortunately minor and fixable and we were on our way promptly. Would recommend highly. Service was thorough and professional.

Hans did a great job replacing the soft top as well as hydraulic oil flush, serpentine belt tensioner replacement, parking brake repair, brake service and fluid flush, wiring harness fix, transmission cooler line replacement and head light replacement. Great service, very friendly and easy to work with.Follow up; the new soft top sat in a pretty good rain storm and if dry as a desert inside. Great job, thanks Hans

Han's and his team are nothing short of AMAZING. The work they provided at the price is untouchable.My wife's GLE63s broke down in Cranbrook. Hans picked it up on his flatbed truck, brought to his shop and had all the repairs done and done CORRECTLY in a very timely manor. Quicker than the MB dealership in any city I have ever used....He also facilitated my family stopping at his shop to remove some of our new born baby stuff late on a Saturday afternoon.This was way over and above what any shop would ever do.If MB dealerships were half ad good as Hans they would probably sell twice as many cars!

New generation shop! very personal and carrying treatment for your car and you. Owner honest, knowledgeable, cooperates with you all along the process so you feel that you are in good hands. Went out of his way for us. We broke 100 km from his garage and he sent a technician to us to first test what was wrong. He loves the Mercedes so you know would be in great hands. Thank You Hans!

We have a sprinter van converted into an RV. On our first day out this year we began to have problems. The engine didn’t sound normal, didn’t accelerate normally and then the replace air filter notification came on. We were near Mercedes Jellinek and gave them a call. They were very helpful from the start. They met us on the road. The technician, ran a diagnostic program, then took apart the air filter chamber. Inside the air intake and under the air filter were a large number of pine cones stored by a busy squirrel while the camper had been in storage! He cleaned it all up and sent us on our way. He was professional and very familiar with the vehicle. We really appreciated their prompt friendly helpful service. We will use them again when we are in the area.

Hans is incredible. His attention to detail and ability to explain exactly what he is doing and why is an incredible value of his. With my new Mercedes he went out of his way to get it fixed in an incredibly fast time frame. He was able to give me an extremely detailed report for all care I will need to do in the near future with approximate cost and time. His willingness to go out of his way for his clients and their vehicles makes his service second to none. I will not be going anywhere but him for all of my vehicle needs.

What can I say Hans is a genius when it comes to working on Mercedes. He is efficient, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. This is my third Mercedes and I can unequivocally say that Hans provides better service then any Mercedes dealership I have been to. He documents all the work he does and takes pictures along the way to prove that the work is being done properly. He also shares all of these pictures and even recommends future service items. The level of service provided is exceptional especially when you realize he is charging much less than any Mercedes dealership. I will only be taking my Mercedes to him in the future.You should have absolutely no reservation about taking your vehicle in to get looked at by Hans. Thank you very much Hans!

We got a full service from Hans and as always the service was amazing and the customer service spectacular. We don’t bring our vehicles to anyone else as he’s supremely knowledgeable about everything Mercedes and if we were ever unaware of something he never made us feel like daft. We recommend a 110% !
