It's so rare to find this level of customer service in this day and age. All of the videos online made it easy to compare the vacuums and understand which one was the best for our needs. They were able to quickly answer my question over and the phone. Receiving a video after purchasing on how to assemble and care for the vacuum was a WOW factor for me. It was so helpful and you can tell they really care about the product and their customers. I'm very happy with my purchase and choice to buy it through the Vacuum Warehouse.

Wow, Leo went above and beyond my expectations in helping my husband and I with our Miele attachment that broke. We really needed this replaced ASAP as we use it for our business and Leo made it happen! He expedited the warrantly immediately and got us the part in no time! His customer service is 10/10. I did some research on my own about a new Miele vacuum I was looking to purchase for my new home, but still had many questions about how it would handle different types of carpet. Rod with Vacuum Warehouse was incredibly helpful answering my questions and asking about my home to make sure I was purchasing the best possible vacuum. The Miele unit arrived, shipped to me in Alberta, much faster than I expected and the product was in perfect condition. The new vacuum does a fantastic job keeping my house clean, and I am very happy with the help I was given by Rod.

Just purchased the Miele Complete C3. Always had a Kenmore vacuum but after watching the videos from Vacuum Warehouse, I decided to try the Miele. Glad I did. Have only used it a few times so far, but love it! The two floor brushes work great and the variable suction control is perfect as I have mostly hardwood floors with some light floor mats. Love the adjustable wand. It is something I always wanted as I found mine a little short. Excellent idea with 3 holders for the wand. I never would have purchased a vacuum on line but with the videos provided for each style of vacuum, it was easy to choose the one perfect for me. Very pleased with it’s performance.

I recently sent information to vacuum ware house in Richmond Hill area for my expensive Bagless Miele Vacuum Cleaner!!I live in the Ottawa area!I Showed photos via email of the 3 broken parts along with my address and phone number! It was under warranty however, I wasn’t sure if the warranty would cover the 3 broken pieces!Leo, was extremely efficient in gathering the information needed for Miele!Today, I received the best news from Leo that the 3 parts are indeed covered under warranty and will be delivered to my home next week!!!Thank you Leo for your Exceptional, Professional and Follow-up Service with my Miele vacuum cleaner!!I am Extremely Pleased with such Great Service!!

When I called Vacuum Warehouse to get information on the Miele vacuum I received excellent service. My questions were all answered as well as a summary of which vacuum would suit me best. Polite, efficient, knowledgable. The Miele C3 Excellence arrived within 5 days. It is a superb machine - quiet, ergonomically designed for ease of use - long extension wand and long power cord and all the proper attachments. The bag and filters are easy to change. The multiple suction settings are ideal for floors, rugs, curtains and window blinds. I love my new Miele and I highly recommend Miele and especially Vacuum Warehouse as the best place to shop for a vacuum.
