When our JVC projector locked up and wouldn't power up or power down I got into contact with JVC Canada who recommended John at RBE Video for repairs. I spoke to John on the phone and right away he made me feel comfortable about taking the projector into his shop. He explained what was likely the issue, how long it would take to repair and what the approximate cost would be to have it back working. John was fantastic to deal with through the whole thing and fixed our projector as estimated and even a day quicker than he initially figured it would take. I would highly recommend RBE Video to have anything repaired or serviced that they are capable to work on. Thanks again John!

They fixed my Panasonic video camera when I could find no one else in Vancouver who could. They were upfront about everything, keeping me informed during the whole repair, they upgraded my firmware and gave the camera a great clean, and the gentleman who helped me even shook my hand. I don't see that kind of respect too often in businesses nowadays!Their prices ARE fair, given the specialized work and expensive equipment they are repairing. They're my go-to if my camera needs help again!
