My daughter’s I phone 13 would not turn on Arsh at the seven oaks location went about and beyond to try and help and arranged with the store for me to bring it in before contacting apple. Jat at the store was able to get it up and running quickly. Excellent customer service thanks so much

Went in to buy a new iPhone when I needed it urgently. The service I received was absolutely top notch and it all thanks to Gavin. He made me feel like a friend and not a customer. He answered every one of my questions simplistically and informatively. Left the store with an unbelievable deal on a phone and a few other awesome accecoties that were also marked down. I would rate Gavin’s service higher than 5 stars if I could and can assure you I will be back for any other tech needs I have. Thank you Gavin!

Was just hung up on from a staff member that obviously only cares about the pay cheque. I called enquiring about plans and phones at no point in time did he try to persuade me as a customer to stay nor did he even care to listen to what I was saying. In a market where providers are a dime a dozen rogers you need to do a lot better at your customer service to entice customers to stay. I will be bringing my families phones back and going somewhere else.

The service I experienced was excellent and very thorough. Mat helped me to pick out the right phone and plan for me, and ensured my phone was set up and that I was educated on it before I left the store. Thank you again!

Similar experience to the other 1 star reviews left around customer service and the phone. Did not appreciate the comment made to me over the phone by one associate. He did not make any attempt to understand why I was calling/or why I was confused by his response before making a comment I see as uncalled for. Very dismissive as well. I am forwarding a complaint with more information directly to rogers.I’ve you are reading this and deciding if rogers is for you, just go to Telus and save yourself the hassle.

Have to say best experience in store with Arsh and other employees very patient and worked long time to get everything up and working on 3 phones for me and family these 3 guys working in store were great .... just a suggestion maybe have some coloring books or something to keep younger children preoccupied, ☆☆☆☆☆+
