Every time I go in there I feel like I am bothering the people who are working there . I always have to ask to get products out and they never are willing to help. I hate that I love some of their products because I never get good service while I am there . Always disappointed when i leave and try as hard as i can not to go to this store. I’ve been to different Mac stores and this one is truly the worst I have been to .

First time shopping at MAC makeup and it was a pleasure. I came in with a specific request - light foundation with high SPF. The employee was able to find the exact colour and coverage level. I also found a nice eye colour for senior" eyes. Careful attention to all Covid19 protocol while presenting friendly service."

Went in feeling clueless it’s been a long time since I got makeup but Nicole was amazing helped me find what I wanted and needed. She was also open to my alternative idea to go with brown liner away from the black for the summer. Very pleased.

Every single time I go into this little store I am greeted with a smile and a very helpful staff comes over to help me right away. It’s a no judgment zone which is what I love the most and why I always go to MAC over it’s competitive store. Thank you girls for the friendly service :)

Amazing service, Nicole and Sophie at the CF Champlain location in Moncton are the greatest! So helpful, very impressed! They seem to enjoy figuring out colors/finishes that will work for you :) I highly recommend!
