Your Way Snow and Lawn Incorporated

We became customers of YourWay this year, after being disappointed with their snow-removal competitors. YourWay has been super dependable in clearing all the major (and not-so-major) snowfalls which have happened so far.Not only this, but they are top notch at communicating with their customers, providing frequent updates regarding when they will be around, as well as information on the city's parking bans, which results in multi-car families being able to remove their cars from the driveway, in order to have their driveway completely cleared. This ends up as a win/win situation for everyone involved. We have been more than satisfied with their service so far. It is a wonderful investment in our peace of mind, knowing that we will be able to get around, no matter what the weather. We will certainly be repeat customers next year.

This is our first year using Your Way for snow plowing and I will never use another company again. They are meticulous and are so patient when you want to move the car out of the way. Chris is really awesome! If this is how their snow service is if I ever need work done in the summer I'll be calling them!100% recommend! And look forward to working with them every winter.

I haven not used YWS&L myself, but they do remove the snow from my grandparents. My grandfather cannot stop talking about how great they are, and even forwards me all the email updates they send which is awesome. My partner has been in snow and landscaping for almost 14 years, and we are both extremely impressed with how great YWS&L clear the area and keep their clients updated! We have been using Your Way for snow removal for many years. The service has always been excellent and this year has been outstanding. I really appreciate the timely emails letting us know when they will be doing the snow clearing. Several times this year even when there was less than 5cm of snow they came and cleared.

This company we have employed since the time it was founded before this owner took over. Des, instilled the importance of client relations. This group has responded well every winter plowing and shovelling of laneway, walkways and front entrance removing whatever falls. The shovelers this year have been very responsible. When it snows “Your Way” works tirelessly, whether day or night, to keep everything clear and their customers moving. Never once have I been stranded waiting for them to clear my driveway. And their detailed communications are greatly appreciated. Excellent service.
