Excellent service! Always right on time and very reasonable prices. My stylist Nichole is excellent with my thick curly hair and can give me exactly what I want.

Dara is pure delight! She does an excellent job from start to finish. Her pre-consultation is professional, honest and thorough.In addition the staff team is remarkable. They are akin to therapists sometimes serving challenging clients. Mathew has a great deal of patience. They go above and beyond.

I've been seeing Mathew for many years and I always love the colour. All of the staff are well-trained and the service is on point. It's hard to go anywhere else.

The staff here are like a second family to me, they are very knowledgeable and professional, and will always go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone needing a hairdresser who knows what they're doing! If I could give six stars, I totally would! They are always up to date with the latest beauty products and really care about client retention. Cynthia also will give you amazing massages and is very attentive to how you're feeling throughout the massage as well!

I am so pleased with my cut. I have very long, very thick hair and it had been about a year since my last cut. I did not want to maintain a complex style and Nicole was able to cut my hair dry and checked in with me throughout to ensure that I was happy. I will most definitely be returning for my cut. Really like this salon

Yesterday (July 25, 2018) I had an appointment with Dara; I won a hair cut a few weeks ago as the salon was having a spin the wheel contest outside the shop. The cut was with Dara, she was fantastic. She was very warm & welcoming, easy to talk to & gave me a great cut. She listened to my needs & did exactly what I wanted. At the end of the cut I asked Dara for some product suggestions to control my hair & she showed me Eleven Australia: I Want Body Texture Spray, I haven’t heard or tried a product like this. She was really nice, she gave me a small sample to bring home & see how it goes. It’s nice to get advice without the pressure of buying the product on the spot. I would rather try it out before committing to a product they may or may not work.This is a great salon, the owner/ Salon Director (Matthew) is so friendly. When I walked in he greeted me by name. Matthew has cut my hair in the past & I loved it. I just get lazy & don't cut it as regularly as I should. When I leave the salon I feel great, they really change your mood by the atmosphere as well as the service. The team there are really friendly & very tidy. During my cut, Jason, Guest Service Director was busy cleaning & arranging the products, it’s nice to see that he’s taking care of his team so they have the products ready for the stylists to use, plus it just looked organized.This salon is a great addition to the Lower Lonsdale area. Give them a try, its definitely worth it.
