I could not have asked for a better experience designing my fiancé’s engagement ring with Michael and Zac. From the moment I started working with Michael on the design, I knew I was in proper and truly artistic hands. I initially brought some visual ideas for Michael and he immediately began sketching out designs right in front of me. He was attentive, inquisitive, and the process was quite enjoyable. There were also certain design elements that I had in my head that Michael and his intuition and experience steered me away from, which I’m very much grateful for. The ring is absolutely stunning and has more than once become a conversation piece with family, friends, and strangers alike. We will absolutely be coming back to Fortunes to have the wedding bands made! Thank you Michael and Zac for an amazing experience!

This family operated business not only cares about the high quality of their custom products but also cares about providing value and attending to their customer's requests. Early in March, I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé. Fortunes Jewellers came highly recommended. I worked with Michael and he was able to create the perfect ring based off of a description I gave him and an instagram photo. He is incredibly talented. The entire process was completely stress-free, he was so easy to work with, and I will be back for the wedding rings. Zachary and Michael both provided excellent service! When I initially emailed Fortunes to have my antique gold ring repaired (a seed pearl had popped off) and resized, Zachary was quick and quite detailed in his response. He inspected the ring when I brought it in, sized my finger and advised on the repair The ring was re-sized and the pearl was reset at a reasonable price, so I am very pleased!When I picked up the ring, I also brought in a pair of vintage gold hoop earrings to have the latch post (piercing) changed. I told Michael that the latch post was irritating my ears, assuming that it was due to the metal material.Upon a quick inspection, Michael said that my irritation was potentially due to the thickness of the latch post and its shape (i.e., it was quite sharp like blade). He had the goldsmith shave down the latch post within a few minutes, so that it was thinner and more rounded"

Very pleasant experience from the beginning in communicating with Zac and Michael about purchasing an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now, fiancee).Working with Michael to develop a custom ring design was a fantastic experience. The final product was stunning - my girlfriend was thrilled with the ring, as it is unique with no other like it.Further, Michael and his team produced the ring in such an expedient time frame. My parents have been customers at Fortunes for as long as I can remember, so when it came time to have an engagement ring designed using materials from a family heirloom, Michael and his team were an obvious choice. Michael was knowledgeable about how to best restore the >100 year old solitaire diamond that was beginning to show its age, and advised us on the pros and cons of re-cutting it, cleaning up the edges, or leaving it as it. He provided fantastic design advice and went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% happy with the end result. My husband and I also worked with Michael and Zac to design our wedding bands and once again we received fantastic service.
