When ecoFry came in and offered their services I originally scoffed at the idea as I know how to clean fryers being in the industry for over 25 years. I was amazed on how much they could strain out of each fryer even after we just did them. The fryers have never been cleaner and with zero fuss from my cooks it was given us more time to deal with other cleaning issues in a high volume kitchen. With them doing my 4 fryers 3x a week it has saved me hundreds of dollars a month in oil costs not to mention the labor savings as well.
