When I go to BD cosmos I generally stop by this Harveys, they always greet me with a smile. Service is always fast and my pattie are always cooked to my liking. I often stumble upon this employee I think is name is Stevens, I found him very professional and cordial!!

Went for lunch with a friend, we were ordering on English and the cashier and service toppings of our order were responding in French!!!Extremely rude when you serve clients.I wanted to walk out of that place but I was not alone....have I been it would ha e been a different experience in there!!If you can not serve clients in an international language then don't work.Don't go there and be mocked at in French speaking to English clients.

Severely understaffed or lacking experience.Ordered on their mobile app, got there on time for picking it up, waited for 40 minutes watching the other customers being served and the prepaying customers like me had to wait, ended up leaving without my order.

They missed part of my order but charged me for it. I ordered a 12-pc nugget as well as an 8-pc nugget and I only received the 12-pc. Usually I'd never leave without checking but they taped up the top of the bags, so I didn’t bother. Now a 14-yr old and 11-yr old 2 will have to share the nuggets :(I just called the restaurant and no one is answering the phone.

Never wondered what a room temperature poutine with mostly frozen cheese curds would taste like, but I just found out here. I wouldn't recommend it or this place to anyone. At least, I got a Pepsi, as ordered.

I just ate at the St-Martin location. The staff was unorganized, I waited 30 minutes for a burger and poutine. The store was filthy and it smelled. A family of four walked out after nobody serving them (tourists). This location was once a very good one, I spoke to another client who waited for onion rings that she got after her meal was done. Nonchalant kids working at the slowest possible speed. I feel bad for the franchisee. Not going back.

Waited in front of the counter for 45 min for my burger. Worst service ever.Got a following up call with the manager, he took the time and initiative to call me and assure me corrections will be made to assure a better customer service. They do listen and want to improve in all aspect.

Probably the worst takeout experience in all my years. Waited 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready when i arrived. Not exaggerating. 45 minutes, while everyone who ordered on the spot got served before I did. 3 burgers and 1 hot dog in 45 minutes. BRAVO!Don't know who or what is to blame. The cherry on top was the wrong toppings on one burger.Avoid this place for takeout.

Ordered 3 double bacon cheese burgers and two cheeseburgers. Received 4 cheeseburgers with no bacon. It took at least 15min to get the order with confirmation it was checked twice for accuracy. Also the guy who handled the cash handled the burger without swapping gloves. Avoid, and go next door to McDonald’s, a simpler quicker cleaner and more accurate process. Cheers!
