I got a really positive feeling from Will and his crew this past fall when he supplied and installed new winter tires on my 2009 Buick. My car started making a whine from the power steering about a week ago, and on my car it's next to impossible to get to the power steering reservoir. I made an appointment with Will for this past Friday and he had it figured out in just a few minutes. The reservoir needed a bit of a top-up (not surprising after 422,000 kms!) but most importantly he thoroughly checked for leaks and found none, and sent me on my way.From now on, Will and his crew are the only ones who will do any maintenance on my car; it seems there's not much about cars he doesn't know, I trust him to do good work, and his prices are certainly more than reasonable. I've already recommended him to some friends over this weekend, and I'll be spreading the word when I'm back in at work on Monday. Many thanks Will!

Over twenty years ago a friend recommended Triole Automotive and I've been going there ever since plus other family members now go there as well. I drive a late model Toyota and I went there recently to have my winter tires installed and they recommended that I have my front brake rotors replaced. Since they have been replaced my brakes feel much better. I really appreciate being able to take my vehicle to a garage that I trust and who do great work. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Really happy that I found the team at Triole when looking for new tires. Their list price was better than my dealer, they had more inventory available and install was better priced. I don't know anything about tires and they took to the time to help me, gave me everything I needed for a mail in rebate (nice bonus) and even a little surprise and delight of a small box of Smarties for my son. They earned my business, I would definitely recommend to anyone and I'll go back.5 Stars for Service, price, honesty and communication.

I would recommend this mechanic to any of my family or friends and in fact i found Will through a very close friend of mine. He is incredibly trustworthy, efficient, polite and respectful. I feel completely comfortable waiting in the lobby for my oil change (as a solo young woman this is a big deal) or leaving my car overnight. He never recommends repairs you don’t need and often will help you save money on parts or labour. Straight up great guy and professional service.

I have been using TAG for 3 years. I have had multiple brake jobs, wheel bearings, batteries and a set of winter tires from them. I have also had custom exhaust repair that saved me TONS. I find Wil and the team to be trustworthy and fair with pricing. Hands down the best automotive garage in town. I came in to have my car inspection and the staff were so helpful and honest. They assisted me with my car issues with no delay and had my car ready in time. They are very professional and detail oriented, I definitely recommend.
