Julie was wonderful. She sat down and discussed about what we wanted and offered suggestions. After our sit down meeting, Julie forwarded links for us to review to help us with our decision on what compliment jewels to use and placement. Her communication was top notch and we never felt rushed or maneuvered into a design we did not want. The ring turned out amazing and her quote was spot on to the final price. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend her.

I recently used Ring Reno to re-set a diamond for me, and I could not be more pleased!! The customer service was A+ with quick, friendly, and informative responses to my questions. The options for settings was virtually unlimited and the whole process (including shipping) took about three weeks, which is amazing for a custom ring. The total cost was an absolute steal as they allow you to trade in old jewellery and gold for credit towards your new creation. I can't put into words how highly I recommend this company and their services. Thank you Julie and Mike!!!

Julie was helpful, open, and encouraging. She kept me in the loop from first to last--from my first inquiry to the mailing back of the finished ring, always consulting me on my preferences.She made me a beautiful split ring using diamonds from my grandmother's and my mother's engagement rings. Now I have a way to remember and honour them both. The gold I sent Julie (from several old, and sometimes broken, family rings) helped a lot in paying for my new ring. In any case, I thought the cost was very reasonable, especially considering the attention and the work that went into it.I recommend Ring Reno without reservation.
