While they do charge slightly less than other vets due to the fact that they don’t own equipment such as X-Ray machines or a lab to process blood samples, I do not recommend this vet. I had a very negative experience. My dog had a cough and I took her in on Monday. Dr. Ajabi said she needed X-Rays. Their first available slot for an X-Ray was three days later on Thursday. We had to bring our dog to Wizoo in Brossard at 6 am so they could transport her to a clinic they do business with in Montréal. When I went to pick my dog up Thursday afternoon, I was told the vet would call me the next day (Friday) with the results. I waited all day by the phone, then called them myself. I was told the owner would call me with the results. She didn’t. I called back Friday evening and was told I’d have to wait until Monday. I found this both frustrating & extremely unprofessional. In the meantime, my dog wasn’t doing better. I waited all day Monday by the phone. I called them 5 times that day. Finally, at the end of the day, the owner called me with the results. My dog was so sick that she was put down the next day. I waited a total of 7 days to find out what was wrong with my dog. It was incredibly stressful & made her passing all the more difficult.

We brought our Guinea Pig here as he lost a lot of weight suddenly. The vet was extremely kind and understanding. She clearly cares. She gave us great advice and prepared us for what we soon found out was the inevitable. We appreciate the vet being kind with us during such hard times. We also appreciate that she took the case very seriously despite him being a guinea pig. She tried her best to help us extend his life and for that we are forever grateful.

I brought my dogs for their dentist appointment and it went really well. The technician in charge was very nice and made me feel comfortable. She explained very well all the antibiotics and medications I needed to give my dogs. I'm really glad they were being patient with my dogs despite their anxiety of going to the vet. The cashier was also nice.

Service was satisfactory until I spoke with the receptionist Anna. My dog was sterilized at the Montreal centre today, and the technicians asked me to speak with the receptionist about her eligibility regarding post-op laser treatments. As requested, I contacted Brossard office and spoke with Anna, who sounded irritated and impatient with the legitimate questions I asked. She told me she is just a receptionist and knows nothing about animals - which is ironic seeing as she works at a vet office. She should have at least a basic understanding of animal health and treatment, or have the courtesy to ask someone who knows. Needless to say, I will be transferring my business elsewhere. A very disappointing post-op experience for a new dog owner.

Love this vet. Dr Sarah Annie Guénette is amazing and took very good care of our cat through his neutering experience, even after he had a seizure due to an allergic reaction to the anesthesia. Even during post-op she continues to take very good care of him. We are very happy with her

(Brossard) Decided to give this vet a try because we got a new dog and it was closer to our home.It started well for the regular check-ups. Onsite staff was friendly. However when we tried to get him neutered that's when it turned into a 3month + back and forth to get an appointment. A lot of promises but no date...In the end, with no appointment we moved back to our old vet with an appointment within 1 week. Honestly, very bad experience for something that should not have been.

I had a great experience during my consultation with Dr. Guénette when my ferret Buck wasn't well. After a checkup and treatment it's like he gained 5 more years of life haha. It's the only exotic vet around that didn't drain my wallet and the vet has a good amount of experience. I'm also happy with the staff members, very polite and helpful.Overall a good vet to go to. Would definitely recommend to fellow ferret owners!!

Very unprofessional service & disappointing appointment confirmation policies.We were contacted on a Saturday morning literally threaten us that if we didn’t pay upfront a 20$ appointment confirmation charge that our appointment would be cancelled. For the record, we were previously good clients of Wizoo, are very good and capable payers and have always respected our appointments in the past.Given that this “supposedly” long-time policy was never mentioned to us when we originally opened our dogs file, nor was it mentioned when we took the appointment and fact that it is nowhere to be seen on their website we confirmed that we would be at our appointment however refused to pay for the reservation charge. I question the legality of the charge and the whole call was very disturbing by the way it was poorly handled. Providing our credit card details over the phone was out of the question at that point.Time of the appointment we presented ourselves, on time, as we had confirmed over the phone only to learn that our appointment had been cancelled a few hours earlier. It’s ironic how such a non-client centric policy, which is meant to prevent “no-shows”, can actually end up creating empty appointment slots through their own cancelations and also end up loosing good clients for life. We will make sure to advise everyone we know, including in social media and the dog group events we organize/participate in to not trust Wizoo with their beloved pets. They should be ashamed of their business dealings.
