If there was a zero star, I would vote for it. This is the worst delivery service in Canada. I got 3 orders from Apple, all of the delivery was missed, wasted a lot of my time waiting for the courier. 3 days to get the package which is I had to pick up at their center.

Worst service fedex ever...had a parcel cross the border on the 28th of November. Sat until the 7th of December when it finally moved. Checked the tracking and it had been sent back to Indianapolis In. final returned to Woodbrigde Ontario on the 7th and delivered today the 8th.WHY was it sent in a complete circle. Do they not know their area.

Worst shipping company i have ever delt with. Packages shown up broken or dont show up at all. When asking about my packages there customer service is terrible. Never going to use fedex again, will stick to canada post

2 days waiting for my package to get picked up. The web site is different to navigate. I called the helpline twice and could not help me. I would look at other options before going with FedEx

I dropped off a package with a FedEx label already printed. Just needed a drop-off receipt from them. I had to wait for 15 minutes while one of the two staff members sat idle in the back.
