We cannot say enough about how happy we are with the pool that Koho built for us. From start to finish Leo and all of his crew handled our project with priority, professionalism and expertise. We definitely had questions and concerns along the way, and each time they were answered promptly and respectfully. We never felt that we were being a bother because Leo and his crew spoke to us with care and courtesy. We tell all of our friends how happy we are with Koho’s workmanship, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to begin a pool project. I have never seen such a large crew work as efficiently and as coordinated as they did! Leo stuck to his word and even came himself to help us troubleshoot as we were getting used to running the pool equipment. Their years of experience and passion for pools really shows in all stages of the project. Koho, thank you for making our pool dream become a reality, with little-to-no stress or worry. It was a pleasure working with all of you. Project completion June 2021.

Met with the owner a half a dozen time, in 2022, came to the work site a few times, never left voice mails, never left his cell phone number. I continued to wait until 2023, tried calling again, the owner apologized a few times for never providing a quote for 2022. I figured this time would be better, nope. I waited up to 4 weeks for a response after a few site visits again. Nothing. Didn’t even provide a quote. Have no idea what my job would have cost. Don’t bother with this place. You are not a priority, and leaving voice mails on your phone is not the way koho pools operates. I can’t wait until the boom for pools is over, so that somebody that cares about business provides better service than koho. Take your business elsewhere.

If your thinking of allowing your neighbours to access your property to put a pool in from koho pools, think twice..Koho pools has bamboozled my neighbours with the fine print stating that they will not put back the interlock between our homes and I basically had to call koho and tell them that their interlock crew (alex) did say they will put everything back the way they found it. NOT TRUE !! koho pools put 4 pools on my street profited handsomely at my family's expense, My dog was running around everyday and my safety fence was put up by husband NOT KOHO POOLS!!! READ THE FINE PRINT B4 YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING A POOL FROM KOHO!I have called numerous times left messages and am being Rbombed ignored!! DO NOT GRANT ACCESS TO ANYONE ON YOUR PROPERTY WITHOUT GETTING SOMETHING IN WRITING THAT YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE RESTORED THE WAY THEY FOUND IT! from koho! koho pools as far as i am concerned has ZERO integrity, repulsive customer service and ignores complaints that will cost them money!koho pools is a dissappointment, think b4 you let this company on your property, it will make you resent the whole idea of getting a pool and ruin your relationship with your neighboursl.

We get our water tested and buy our pool supplies here. Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff.

We finally decided to install a pool and called many companies of which Koho was our choice! Pleasant from the start to work with from Leo to his install crew.
