My experience at Kinetics was exceptional for both Physio and massage. Both Christine and Mathew really take the time to understand the issue and how best to deal with it. The treatment provided really helped and the home exercise program gave me the confidence to work on my issue outside of treatment. You get one-on-one treatment at this place. The staff are professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to other Physio's where they just hock you up to a machine and leave the room for the other patient next room! I have been seeing Nick at Kinetic for over 3 years for shoulder, hip and back pain. I have always left with a much better body and less pain. I highly recommend this place!

Right from the first visit I went to at Kinetic Physiotherapy, I was impressed. I had been dealing with pain in my ankle for 4 years due to 2 bad twists. Nick put some pressure with his thumb on my foot and the pain was gone! We worked on it for a few sessions, and he gave me some amazing exercises for home and that took care of it. I have also been to him about pain in my back and in my knees. Every time he has fixed me up.He knows so much about how the body works. I have always had good results with Nick. Melanie on the front desk is amazing also! Whenever anyone asks, I always recommend Kinetic Physiotherapy to them.

I been going to this place for one year and half, I can’t express enough how thankful I am, I got there with a mayor problem with my sciatic nerve , I wasn’t able to feel my leg or to even move my leg, lost sensitivity and strength on my left side due to disc herniations, I started treatment with Nick , honestly he is great, he very patient and he is very understandable of your situation, he is empathetic with your pain. After lots of treatments with finally at end , no more pain, sensitivity is back and strength is almost there .Also I would like to mention the whole atmosphere of this place is amazing , from the front desk ladies who always have a great smile ,customer service on point , never a bad attitude, the staff has a great communication between them , I am finally able to also have some full body therapeutic massage with Kayla and I love the fact that Nick and her communicate with my situation and that’s makes me feel save about having some full body massages .Kayla is amazing I recommend her a 100% even though she is always fully booked it’s worth the wait to get a massage with her .Over all this place it’s great .

So I have an enormously compromised body due to injuries, multiple surgeries — you name it. I’ve seen a number of practitioners over the years in various towns and provinces. However Kayla (massage therapy) is one of the very best practitioners that has ever worked on me. Kayla brings an absolute wealth of knowledge and expertise to hee craft — as a result — I am seeing tangible improvement, very much due to her care. Kayla is honestly SUPER AWESOME.
