EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY AND SERVICEWe recently employed this Company to have some major upgrades to our screened in sun room. The upgrades included the installation of custom made windows, insulation, and siding. From the time we contacted Clodette early this year, we were impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and advice. We chose to have her Company take care of our renovations, as we were confident that a quality job would be the result. In terms of the quality of workmanship, we are more than satisfied with the two installers, Clarke, and Tim who were respectful, and took a great deal of interest in delivering a quality product with attention to detail.During our research, we had contacted two other Companies. Great Northern Home Exteriors’ quote was slightly higher than the others, but we are so glad that we decided to have them take care of our renovation needs. I had the pleasure of working with Great Northern Home Exteriors Inc. to have a window replaced, and two new window cut outs into our home. Working with Clodette was an absolute pleasure, she was professional, provided competitive pricing, and is an honest hard worker. Clark the technician who installed all the windows is a true artist and a veteran in his trade. My expectations for the project were exceeded and then some. I had the pleasure of working with Great Northern Home Exteriors this spring to have all of the windows replaced in my home plus a couple of large exterior doors (10 windows, 1 patio door and 1 sliding glass door) The crew were friendly, professional, tidy, careful and on time everyday. I am incredibly impressed with the craftsmanship of the installers. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail and also the fact that they protected my home with high end materials and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each work day. Claudette did a wonderful job keeping the lines of communication open throughout the process and was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with dates, details and product information as needed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have windows and/or doors installed in their home. Clodette was professional and thorough from day one. We had to wait a bit before the install but that was out of their control (waiting for the windows). The installers were very nice, professional and clean! They were here for 3 days and each day they were on time (8am) and wrapped up and cleaned by 5pm. Very happy with the install.

We had half of our windows redone and we are so happy to have chosen GNHE. The guys are just finishing up the work now. Boy were they fast, clean with beauty installs. We bought our house a year ago and some windows looked original (50+ years old). 8 windows were very low priced compared to others that we were quoted on. They took awhile to come in but we werent in a rush. Super happy with the service and professionalism. We will be giving them a call when we are ready to have the other half of our windows completed. Great Northers was absolutely amazing from start to finish!!! We just had a new back door and some extensive work done on the install because it was a tricky project. 10/10 work and great people to work with!!

As first time home buyers, we knew our 'antique' home would need some upgrades! Great Northern was fantastic. They installed our brand new door flawlessly. We chose the half moon door with a beautiful dark turquoise factory paint. The standard door knob and locks are great quality.I have to say... putting a new door on an old house made me worry! But the installer matched our crown moulding perfectly, and the outside capping looks super sharp. He was super courteous to my 'night shift' sleep schedule and tried his best to keep as quiet as possible. He took his time and did the job right!THANK YOU GREAT NORTHERN!

Had the pleasure of working with Great Northern and I will say Clodette is an absolute dream to work with. We ordered a new front door and sliding door right before the pandemic and unfortunately because of supply issues it took a long time but Clodette was amazing throughout the whole process. She called and always updated us on the status of our order, which we loved. After the doors were installed we were so impressed with the workmanship and the professionalism of the contractors we had her come back again and replace another 4 windows. We have two more windows and another door to replace and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for being so great.

We had Great Norther replace nine windows in our 100 year old home. We were extremely satisfied with the whole process from getting our quote to the install.
