I'm in a wheelchair and I try to avoid using taxis due to the cost, however I'm happy with the service they provide when I need them. They are usually quite prompt and the drivers are friendly and helpful. Since I posted this review I have been left high and dry twice for upwards of two hours. It was Abbotsford Taxi that rescued me both times.

Cabs come into a retirement complex two to three times a week disregarding posted speed limits. Upon calling dispatch to explain that their cabs are speeding, we were met with extreme rudeness from the receptionist who sounded like she didn’t care one bit. Never use this company. Customer service is sub zero.

I order a van as I was picking up a large box at Walmart. This was set up in the afternoon. I was yelled at by this taxi driver He said he was off and I ruined his time off. HAfter he yelled at me he took off leaving me with this box. Thank goodness for the good people of Abbotsford came to my aid. Booked a wheelchair taxi for my 92 year old grandma 24 hours in advance for a super important medical appointment. Nobody showed up, we called several times, they promised a taxi would come within 10 mins during each call we made. Lady who answered the phone was super rude and obnoxious. My grandma never made it to her appointment unfortunately. Avoid booking with this business to avoid stress and your valuable time.

This company is absolutely terrible at communicating efficiently. My father is in a wheelchair. It has been an hour an a half since they said the taxi would be here in 30-45 min to pick up my father at Whitespot. Communication is key. The dispatcher hung up on me when I called back a third time to politely ask for a specific eta since it's been an hour and a half. Another gentleman in a wheelchair waited at Whitespot for 3 hours. There is a shortage of wheelchair taxi's in Abbotsford and even more of a shortage of efficient communication from the dispatchers. This is unacceptable and not how disabled customers ought to be treated. It's disgusting.

We booked Central Valley taxi a week in advance for pickup from Abbotsford airport. Our taxi never showed up. When I called from the airport, they said someone would be there in 10-15 minutes. No one came. We ended up getting an Uber

We booked nearly a week ahead for a taxi for a wheelchair-bound passenger. Checked back to confirm 4 times. Rude responses but confirmed. On the day, no taxi came. Called to ask what was happening and they had no record of the booking. Disabled passenger was forced to miss the event. I was present to pick up a different passenger who, seeing the taxi failure, couldn't bear to go while the other person was unable. Both missed the event.Zero stars.

I find their service excellent they always come within 10 minutes the cars are clean And the drivers are polite and respectful. I even got a phone call there running a couple minutes late one time, That's true customer service

The drivers are very nice and polite But, the woman who answers the calls is very rude and unrespectable i ordered a taxi on Wednesday June 28 at 4 pm I was at Sevenoaks mall and she said the taxi will be there at 10 minutes but, because I was in a crowded area I didn't heard her well and when I asked her did you say 5 minutes" she replied with an anger tone 10 minutes and hang up the phone without even giving me the chance to respond. And this wasn't the first time she's always this way she should learn how to treat the customers even before applying for a job."

Our taxi was ordered for 0345 this morning - it never showed up. We called several times to ask if the taxi was coming and there was never an answer. I called later today to ask Martha what happened, she hung up on me.This company has been consistently least 15 minutes late in the past as well.
