Not a very good first impression! Contact to schedule a delivery and ask other questions since I am not familiar with shipping a barrel. The person that answered (guy) kept putting me on hold. Then eventually disconnected the call. I am thinking because I wanted to have the barrel dropped off and this is a service they do not offer, therefore why brother spending time on the phone with me.. Well to that gentleman, I will pay an extra $10 and get my drop off/pick up and delivery from Q-Trex International. I contacted you by mistake thinking this is the company my mom uses. Gosh, what a difference in Customer Service, it is like night and day! Thank you for not letting me waste my money on less deserving company!

I ship 2 barrel on April23,2023 door to door for my inlaw who are in their 80's upon receiving the barrel both was missing 1/3 of the items call Tennessee and was told they sign for it and nothing can be done both seal was missing from the barrel pay a company like laparkhan to ship your barrel is more expensive but your family will receive everything you send what a rip off company I have two more barrel to ship but will send it with laparkhan

You are paying for door to door shipping and the arrogant guy that does the pickup, would not come up to an apartment building to pick up. Tennessee is an excellent company but they need a better guy to do their pickup TOO MUCH ATTITUDE!

Had a horrible experience with their pick-up drivers but the owner Ian restore my faith in the company. Also, my family received their barrels before the holidays, impressive

Very unprofessional driver for pick up never certain about the time and always keep pushing you around . Remember customer come first not the moods you having !!

Ian and team is the most reliable shippers if you re shipping from Canada to Guyana . I have used companies that offered similiar services to Guyana , they were all very unethical, dishonest and untimely . If you re looking to ship with a genuine person use this company . If I could give 0 I would.Customer service guy or whoever it is answering the phone promises to return call but never does.Each follow up call is the same answer, will get back to you. It never happens.Apparently prefers to ship barrels only.The company cannot, will not, prefer not to deal with shipping of Fridge.Claims they do not have transport to pick up.Could have been transparent from a month ago when the request was initiated.

I have been using Tennessee Shipping for all my shipping needs to Guyana and Trinidad since 2003 and today our relationship has come to an end.You are the only shipping company that will not come up to a condo unit or apartment building to pick up the barrels. After years of referring your company to friends and family, we will be taking our business to another shipping company.
