DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS STORE !I ordered on-line, FTD flowers, on a Monday morning for same day delivery (less than 100 metres from the store for a $15 delivery charge). I received an e-mail later that day stating they were out of one of the flowers in the arrangement , and delivery would happen on Tuesday.Not wanting to ruin the surprise , I waited to hear if my new friend had received anything, but nothing came up. I called the store (the one less than 100 metres away) on Wednesday afternoon to inquire about my purchase and they stated the delivery was done on Tuesday. I waited an hour, e-mailed my new friend and she said, Thanks for the flowers...I just received them)."The card was wrong. The vase was wrong. The flowers were wrong. Same day took 3 days (100 metres)....but

Les arrangements floraux qu'il a conçus étaient tout à fait magnifiques et nous avons aussi reçu plusieurs beaux commentaires de la part de nos invités.ées. Somme toute, nous avons été très satisfaits de la qualité et du service offerts. Merci encore!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had ordered flowers for my aunt who is 800 miles away from me in a hospital. My husband and I wanted to send her something nice to have in the final days of her life. We ordered a beautiful bouquet which is pictured below. The order was placed last Saturday online and I got a confirmation that it would be delivered Monday. Wednesday, there was still no delivery! So I called and was hung up on immediately upon giving my name, because I assumed a language barrier (I live in the US and only speak English).So I emailed them twice, trying to make contact. They did not respond to my emails at all, but finally called my husband's phone to say they would get them delivered if we still wanted that.What arrived at the hospital was not even close to what was advertised! We only know this because another relative sent us a picture of what arrived.We have tried all today to get this rectified, but no one will respond. See the photos below. The first photo is what got delivered and the second photo is what we ordered. Huge difference!Worse than being completely taken advantage, price wise, my beloved aunt was given a product that is less than stellar. She was an avid gardener and knows her flowers! I feel completely heartbroken she got these from us and we got no resolve from the florist.

Called on Friday for a 100 dollars flower arrangement to be delivered the following day at a 60th anniversary. Got a phone call this morning, Sunday, from the lady who said she forgot" to deliver my arrangement since the weather was so nice she went for a ride in her convertible car and...forgot! Totally unprofessional. Unacceptable. Outfit to avoid!"

This place is the absolute worst. I've used there service. I called several times, and emailed ([email protected]). To-date I have not be able to get a response or a refund. It seems to be a scan.
