I was a sceptic of hypnotherapy, only knowing what you see in shows. I gave it a try anyway and boy, was I wrong.I visited Daniel with the wish to eat slower and more mindful, with the ultimate goal of eating less and being healthier.I cannot say enough good things about Daniel - he is kind, calm and very professional.
