I bought my e-bike recently and after 3 months of owning it, someone attempt to steal it.. After being unsuccessful, they stole my bike charger and 2 of helmets instead after they broke into my garage. I contacted Emmo about it and they said the charger being stolen isn’t covered by the warranty but they’ll send me one regardless. I just received it today and it honestly helps me tremendously considering that it also cost $89 for a new charger. I already have too much on my plate after it as well. So thanks Emmo!

Just Bought Zone GTS white colour from here. Around 5k price. The service is great, did everything to make the process smooth, give updates on the order regularly, when it arrived, assembled and ready to pick up.Really good for the price and commute. If you don’t want to spend more on car but want to travel faster this is good option. There are lot of options and models to choose from depending on your preferences.So far enjoying the bike, no license, no insurance or license plate required. Just charge it and ready to go.

This is the place to buy or take your E bike for service!Dean and Amy were so kind to me and accommodating. It was a long weekend and I had bought a e bike for my son from another dealer however it needed to be assembled and they accommodated me same day.I then realized that I had purchased the wrong bike the next day they accommodated me again and pick the bike together for me same day a second time over a long weekend. You just don’t get service like this anymore. I would highly recommend and refer anyone to this shop they know what true customer service is all about!Thank you Emmo Bike!!
