Quite happy with their service. The plumber worked on our kitchen sink for 45 mins and left, but it was back to be clogged again. I called them and he returned 3 hrs later and fixed it, free of charge the second time.

Fast, honest and clean job

My sink drains very slowly so I call them. I call them Tuesday and made an appointment that Friday at 2.11. They told me the price of the transport and labor cost. They also said they will fix my problem in half-hour and will show up at 8. But they appear @ 8.30. Two guys come without a mask working with the sink problem. They take out the pipe, clean the sewer but forget to check the sinkhole which is also the problem. So that they change the sinkhole for me after cleaning the sewer and testing the sink. In the end, after 1 hour and 15 min + the 15 minutes which they write an invoice and we discuss, they charge me for 1h30 and the changing material also the machine they use. I understand the cost of the changing material but the charge of the machine is so outrageous. It does not make any sense to me. I hire a professional guy to fix my promblem and their tool is being charged also? And after their work with their 'charging' machine now my sink still drains slowly. The owner seems so anxious and uneasy when I am not understanding the fees. The Quebec law is always be mentioned by the owner seems like I will not pay him. The price becomes more than twice from they told me about that half-hour. And after about 400$ cost, my sink draining still slow after fixing 7 days. Since they appear late, I missed my class. The part they install is still leaking. They said if my drain is clogged it is not under the warranty. And No Guarantee for the fixing! Yes, I understand and I do.
