Great place. Very nice people there. Fast service. The only thing that I can't give them 5 stars is because I can't find prices on their website when I look for something. I don't feel comfortable to call them every time when I'm looking for building materials, etc.

I've have been in Smaller Home Hardware stores where there has been a better selection and organization of items, there doesn't seem to be any true organization of items some building items on the far right of the store some things stuck in the middle other things to left I understand the concept of seasonal in the middle.

Bad customer service. I ordered a grass trimmer and wait for a week . They gave me 7 to 8 days wait time. I call them twice as a reminder. When I went to the store for pick up they said they sold that to someone else.

I like this place staff are competent and usually helpful some times it can be a struggle to get them to leave their desks but products are good and at a fair price.Now you have read my whole review please ignore this next part I write lots of reviews for the points and you get 10 extra points just for writing a long review.
