BEWARE! Terrible service provider. I have trees taller then my condo leaning so bad they should be assessed and likely removed. I was told that although this is a common area it is my problem and I was responsible to hire an arborist at my own expense and then MAYBE they would look into it" It was then explained to me that he cost of this is expensive and the condo board didn't have the appropriate funds to cover such expensive costs. These people are not trustworthy! They raised the cost almost $30 per month with only a couple months notice. I will never purchase another property when these people are the management."

DO NOT TRUST THESE INDIVIDUALS WITH YOUR PROPERTYMy family trusted this business with overseeing our family home. Instead, they racked up thousands of dollars in supposed 'repairs', while the house was filthy and sustained much damage. Not to mention that the tenants this company found stole property from us, including our lawn mower and various other tools. When I brought this up with this company, they specifically said: 'that is what happens with rental properties'. I was appalled. That is why we hired a property management company, to avoid this happening with our rental property!
