car wash exit is never clean, frozen unsafe snow, car front bumper broken twice, tried few times but manager never available in the store, this location is the worst and employees have no clue what customer service is,,,

I was there, the other day and when I walked in to ask to use the phone to call a cab, the cashier quickly rushed over and locked the door and started signaling me to leave. I was there for an hour, purchased a lighter, sat outside, and used to the bathroom and there wasn't an issue before. Hmmmmmm.......

Always bad experience with car wash, broken most of the times, very bad exit with lot of frozen snow and deep puddles, my car front cracked, manager never in the store and employees don’t know his schedule,

Terrible service, the car wash broke my car mirror and the person who is a supervisor with no knowledge of what customer service is, he attend to me with a very bad attitude, I told him what had happened to my car, he just told me i can't do anything about it, i've went there to speak to the manager on 3 different occasions and I was told by the same supervisor that the manager was not there. This happened in November 25th so more the a month already

horrible service. I have season pass. car wash wasn’t working last saturday and I was told by Petro Canada staff that they will give me coupon for free car wash on my next visit. today i was there and the attendant was very rude and asked me if i have any written proof from the previous attendant. I was surprised to see his attitude. guess petro-canada is not concerned about customer satisfaction anymore.

they don't clean the slush machines as often as they should.one of the machines had slush that had gone bad (had a distinct fermented taste/smell)

My 11 year old son went there today and asked to use the phone because he was lost and the guy working wouldn't let him n turned him away. Honestly I have nothing good to say about Petro except I will not be spending my money there anymore. This is ridiculous.thankful for giant tiger for allowing him to use the phone and let him wait in side until I picked him up
