Joel Stone Heritage Park
This is a busy little park near the waterfront which offers beautiful views of the river and passing water crafts. There is a tiny man made sandy beach and a small water park and playground for the kiddos.

This was a superb place for me as a newcomer to Canada. It was awesome. First outdoor place I have visited and can’t forget the vibes of the beautiful scenic views and pizza party out there!

Ganaoque has a nice waterfront. This park is right next to the public marina as well as boat tours, and restaurants. The nearby band shell also allows open alcohol until 11 pm. It's also a 15 minute walk from downtown gananoque.

We went from ottawa and it was a beautiful morning weather but then it started heavy raining, that still did not stop the cruise from launching at 12pm. It was an amazing Experience, it was beautiful and we had so much fun, the park is huge and really clean. The water park is such a convenient add on to it. So many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the islands, and definitely close to downtown gananoque, very nice people and are always willing to help. Definitely recommended!!!!

Beautiful historic site with marina, park and splash pad. Gananoque is stunning, lots to see and do. We rented kayaks and got to see some of the surrounding islands. A very picturesque town with friendly people. Would love to come back.

A perfect place to sit and relax with a picnic as you watch the boats cruise along the river. The park offers swimming, enough space to take a calming walk, a splash pad if you have young ones (or are young at heart) and an ice cream truck. Definitely recommend this park for a sunny day.

Very nice place to be. Gananoque is very rich in history and Joel Stone Heritage park defenatly one of them. I really enjoyed my visit here and I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice time out specially during the Covid 19. I would also recommend the 1000 Island boat line tour.

Lovely spot with a splash park, small beach and amazing walk path. It was a bit chilly so we could not stay too long. I can't wait to return in the summer.Perfect place for nice pictures!!
