As you can see from most reviews, the customer service at this location is amazing. I had a great experience with Marcia, who was so eager to help me even though I had no idea what I was looking for! She was extremely knowledgeable and had me try multiple pairs until I finally found one that was super comfortable and was suitable for what I needed it for. She is the reason I ended up finding the perfect winter boots and I couldn’t be happier!

I went today Feb 10 at around 6 and I was SO GRATEFUL for the service I got! I didn't get their name but this person was petite, with gorgeous dark hair, tattoos and a track suit. THANK YOU! I have been to legit 20 shoe stores over the last week. Not only did I find shoes at the store but the service was amazing. I will be back BECAUSE of this person.
