Always helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices are on par with other top of the line paint stores. I've been going here for almost 20 yrs since they were named glidden paints. I can't see me going anywhere else for paint.

Have usually used Home Depot or Canadian tire paints when doing house projects. After some disappointing results the last time I thought I would try Dulux. SO glad I did. Not only is the paint far superior to anything else I've used, the staff at the store were super helpful in letting me know what paint/sheens/brushes etc. would complete my project best. Will absolutely be returning for future projects! :)

Walking in I saw the staff member helping a contractor (who was obviously going to be a bigger customer than me for my home project). The employee excused himself briefly, made sure to say hello and let me know that if there was anything I need help for to signal him down and he or his colleague would be right over, and gave a quick reference to what/where everything was before returning to the contractor. I've been to a lot of stores and most staff don't give you the time of day at the best of times, but the acknowledgement and genuine sincerity make all the difference in the world to walking into a store like this!Thank you!

I had such a great experience at this store. All thanks to Richard who went above and beyond to meet my needs. He had great knowledge of products and was so customer driven. All in all a lovely gentleman with great insight on how to assist and satisfy a customer’s need.
