Ordered a SIS bag online. It was shipped within 12 hours and received within 5 days. The bag itself is the best bag I’ve seen. I’m replacing a Demarini which was really good. But this is in a different league. I tried a Miken around the same price point at 250. It was a good bag but lacked the storage of my Demarini and the SIS. Looked at tons of others and nothing compared to the SIS. If you’re in the market for a bag around 250, this is the best. It’s definitely on the larger side and I’ve included a photo comparing it to my Demarini which was larger.

They had one look at it and replaced it on site. After Canada post lost my package for a week, they helped me get it resolved even though it was not their fault and my bat finally came looking great and at a fantastic price. Thanks so much!

PRO: Ordered new bat for son which arrived quickly and is greatCon: right after purchase realized I wanted to change to a 1 piece composite bat rather then a 2pc, emailed the company right away with order # to change it and never got even a reply.

Had to warranty a Louisville bat and Smash It went the extra mile to get an exception made for me. Replacement bat was shipped quickly. Thank you for taking care of your loyal customers.

Ordered a bat paid for fast shipping, that part all well till we got the wrong bat as labels got mixed up apparently, we sent our bad immediately to the rightful owner and ours was not sent to us for a week and now we are waiting another week for delivery. I have emailed since to say the guys hasn’t shipped it yet and it had the actual delivery day was supposed to be the next day and absolutely zero response. Originally the only thing they were willing to do was give shipping credit for next purchase but after this there won’t be a next purchase. Wouldn’t recommend giving 2 stars because they had selection but doesn’t help when you can’t get it

This review is based on my online shopping experience with SIS and interactions with the Ontario store.My friends recommended SIS to me as they provide a wide selection of affordable equipment online with quick turnaround and delivery. However when I purchased a bat and a pair of batting gloves earlier this month, I didn't hear from them for 10 days. When I emailed SIS Ontario, no one replied. I then called them and a Chris told me that my email probably went to junk and the gloves were backordered and kindly offered alternative colors or a refund for them. Ok I asked for photos of the other colors which he sent me via email, and I replied immediately which one I wanted.Then I waited 7 more days and still didn't see my order filled. I called them again and each time a different staff picked up and said they don't have access to online orders and told me to try emailing again to reach Chris. So I did and finally, almost 3 weeks after I placed my order, it's filled and delivered.Thinking back, if I didn't follow up on my order, I would have just kept waiting since no one seemed to be reaching out to people that the gloves were backordered. There were almost no communications at all. Not sure if it's because the Ontario store is just a warehouse, or they are understaffed, or what, but this was not a great experience for me.Oh and the gloves arrived with the palm side yellow/faded - see attached photo. I don't think this is normal for a new pair of gloves but at this point I'm just happy I have my products finally.

Horrible customer service . Got a damaged bat . It was clearly just sent that way . Very little responses to emails or trying to pass the buck I am now talking to Rawlings directly because the store is to incompetent to replace or refund the bat .

Horrible experience with warranty, purchased a Louisville slugger slow pitch bat, had to warranty the bat. Dealt with Chris about the warranty at first he was good then communication dropped. They sent me a bat without advising me, that was not the same model or even the same weight. Didn’t give me an option just said that what you get. I’ve had Louisville’s warrantied before and they always gave me an option close to what I have not just a random bat and weight. Would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would be more satisfied.
