Ardent Vision Eyecare
Dr. Wan was very knowledgeable, caring, very friendly and made it very easy to understand the instructions. This was important because I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old. Dr. Wan was able to handle them both. Both my kids loved going to Dr. Wan.The office was very new and modern. Was very clean. The office is constantly sanitized, which I love. The staff made the environment very welcoming. I really like how they used the monitor to show the letters instead of the old sheet or projector on the wall. My kids loved the toy at the end.The appointment was very quick and efficient. Easy to understand the result and next steps. I would recommend Dr. Wan to my friends and family.

This is the best one-stop optical service I've ever had for both optometry eye exams and glasses. Dr. Wan has all the modern equipment for a thorough eye health check. She took her time and made sure I understood the tests and the results.Desmond from the front of the house is super professional. He asked for my preferred styles and any ideal budget range at the beginning. He picked up a decent selection for me to try on and choose from. This process helped me to nail down to my perfect glasses pleasantly.The insurance claiming process went smoothly for my case with the documentations provided by the clinic. Would highly recommend Dr. Wan and her team, and I will definitely come back for my next pairs of glasses:)

It was my 5 year-old son's first visit for an eye exam, and I had to say it was a great experience! Initially my son was a bit nervous because he didn't know what to expect, but he quickly opened up since the store manger and Dr. Wan were so friendly and great with kids! They followed the COVID protocol which I felt very safe visiting the store! I even saw Desmond, the store manager, promply cleaned up the first area when we moved to the second area.The place is very new, modern and clean!Overall it was an awesome experience and I highly recommend this place for those looking for an optometrist!

Desmond is very friendly and professional, he gave us recommendations and showed us what we were looking for. I decided my pair of sunglasses in a few minutes, and they are now my favourite pair. Would 100% recommend my friends and family to visit this store if they're looking to get glasses/sunglasses. 5 stars!

Dr. Wan is very professional. She keeps up with the latest technology and patiently explains the options to my son's conditons. I highly recommend her because she is a very freindly and caring person.Desmond gives you a warm welcome and professional suggestions. It a pleasant experience I've never had in my previous eyecare centre.

Awesome, I just have an eye examination with my kids today. Dr.Jennifer is professional and the staff is friendly and helpful.The place is clean and they have lots of eyeglasses to pick.Will suggest this eye clinic to everyone.

This is my first time bringing my toddler son for eye check up! He absolutely enjoyed and had fun because of how friendly and patient Dr. Wan is! She makes the checkup really fun! Also, i called her after we left the center and asked for some advices! She was super professional to answer all the questions! Highly recommended! :)

Dr. Wan provided absolutely amazing eye exam for my family:- Dr. Wan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We had lots of questions about baby eye care and LASIK which were not really part of the eye exam. She addressed all our concerns patiently.- The appointment was on time.- The office was clean and comfortable.- It was very easy to find a parking spot.

My 7 and 11 years old kids saw Dr Wan for the first time today and they were both very happy with their appointment. Dr Wan took her time to explain and answered all the questions from me and my kids. She even got them a small prize after the appointment. Dr Wan made it so easy for the kids to do their eye exams. I'd recommend Ardent Vision Eyecare to all the parents.
