The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The whole process was quick and efficient and I picked up my car with minimum effort.The pick up spot for the cars are located on P1!

At time of booking, I was told I could change my reservation at any time. When I show up at the BCE location to pick up the car, I’m told I cannot change my two-day reservation to one day “because the one-day reservations are sold out and the computer will automatically charge my card for two days”—no other explanation provided or offered. I feel ripped off! Corporate greed at its worst, Budget!

I recently had a fantastic experience with this car rental service. The online booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward. I was able to reserve a car quickly and effortlessly, which saved me a lot of time.When I arrived to pick up the car, I was impressed by how fast and efficient the entire process was. The staff members were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had all the necessary documents and information. I didn't have to wait for long before I was handed the keys and ready to go.Similarly, the drop-off process was equally smooth. There were clear instructions on where to return the car, and the staff promptly checked it in without any issues. I appreciated how hassle-free and expedient the entire experience was.

Outstanding experience once we found the rental office located on P1; Special thanks to Aron who was extremely helpful, and went out of his way to help get us the right vehicle for our trip. Highly recommend this location for your rental needs and will be using again.

Unprofessional staff.The man working at the reception had difficulties to find things we found online,we had to wait for him about 30 mins to figure where the promotions and plans can be found online .He didn’t want to bring other personnel to assist us ,refused to bring a supervisor and at the end refused to tell his name or give me a business card.Absolutely not recommended.We also tried to contact the company and they didn’t help at all.

Manager was very rude and my vehicle car seat head rest was missing, when I told her she about it and how unsafe it is for my kids, she actually said it is and she will not argue with me about it and walked off. I would actually recommend this location, the staff are very welcoming until you run into the manager.

Awful service and customer care. Would not recommend this place to anybody.First of all I reserved one type of a car, a compact. They gave me a Chrysler 300.When I returned the car, refuelled by the way, guy who received the car told me everything was fine and emailed me my receipt.One week later they charged 100 bucks on my credit card, extra. When I called, the agent said it was due because of the car upgrade I got, which I explained I never asked or gave consent to debt my card. I said that it is their fault to not have the car I reserved, is this a seinfield show or what? If you can’t guarantee the car, do not make a reservation!The agent opened a protocol to reimburse me, and for my surprise, one week later another debt of 100 dollars. Then I tried again to explain or get any kind of reason, now they said it was due for the car being returned without fuel, which sounds insane to me, once it took you 2 weeks AFTER ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES RECEIVED THE CAR, to realize there is no fuel. Again, I refuelled the car and I have my reception from returning the car with everything ok.It’s been a month that I’m trying to get MY MONEY back, but it seems impossible withou legal action.This company is a scam, it’s the worst car rental company I have ever seen in my life, trash customer care and sketchy explanation to anything they do…BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM

Costumer service is really not great. I drove around their Wellington parking lot for 20 mins trying to find them so I called to ask where to go and he wouldn’t let me talk and just kept saying it was “across from where I was” so when I tried to explain I needed directions he just said “you have to be nice” … ya no thank you. The guys at the parking garage booth in the front street parking lot were incredible though! So kind and helpful !!

Employee at the rental drop off has an attitude of a caveman, do not recommend this place as they yell at you. I came to the drop off June 25 morning, saw no one and had to wait around until the employee finally came, only to have him yell at me right away to drop the keys in the car and he left. Responsibly I waiting beside the car to ensure that he picked up the car and see if there are any final paper work. But when he returned he yelled at me even more to get out of the parking lot. No instruction, no assistance, no professionalism. Pure disgusting behaviour.

Had a seamless experience both times I rented a car here. The service was great when checking in at the desk, as well as the handoff in the garage to get the car. Car was in perfect condition!
