Met with the Trustee, meeting was great, provided lots of information and how the whole process will work. Trustee needed some additional details to move forward with the proposal. And this is where it all went south. Sent a email and got a out of office that they are away for a few days. Few days go by and no reply to my email so I call. No answer, left a voice message. Took 2 weeks to get a call back, I was at work and missed the call, actually needed to speak to someone to get a answer to something important to my situation. No reason for the 2 week delay, or apology. Went with another agency and got the services I needed with a whole lot better support.
