Online orders very disappointing. Intial response offputting. At least they reached out. Still makes it tough to want to shop there.

With some initial concerns with shipping that in the end turned out to be a Canada Post issue very satisfied with the service. Kudo’s to Reet who sorted out the issues.

Stop asking me to leave my phone number and call me back. You guys never ever called me back.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was inferring on some chairs and was directed from the Vancouver to the Richmond store and was told they had my item in stock. Upon arrival, the girls completely ignored me and made no effort to assist. Only to find out they had no stock of my item and I had travelled all this way for nothing. The prices are ridiculous the service is terrible, I would highly recommend doing business with any other vendor.

Bought a DC fridge for my RV . Great personal service from Mehak.Now in use for 1 year, works great , never freezes lettuce , never thaws freezer , even in Arizona. ( unlike old Propane unit)

This company has slowly gone downhill in the last decade. Pricing is all over the map. The stores are extremely disorganized and are hard to shop in. Online website is difficult to navigate. Shop elsewhere if you can.

You find a nice deal on their website but when you come it's not there. Or, I had a real adventure guiding sales guy to look for the (pretty common) spark plugs I needed I saw they do have in stock, good that I knew everything about them that I've learned in a short 30 min research online right before )

Dishonest employee, Ted from fishing department. One of my friends made inquiries at the store for fishing rods and was advised that Ted will give us a deal on the rods.We also made inquiries about return policy and learned that we have 30 days to make a return with the items in the same condition.Then, we decided to go to the store a few days later and selected our rods. One of the rods had a red tag and the other one had regular price.Prior to making our purchase, we asked about the discount, which he mentioned.Ted stated that the rod with the red tag, no discount as it was already on sale, which was understandable. Then, Ted went to the computer and had a quick look at the pricing for the second rod. It did not appear that he was actually checking for the price for the rod because he just quickly glanced at his computer. He then told us that the regular price tag was a sale price, which was false.Then, he went on and said that once the rod leaves the store, we cannot return it in any way, which was not what we learned.He could have sold us 2 rods that day but he decided to lie and lost his sale.In addition, I had the chance to browse other fishing products and they were overpriced compared to other fishing stores in the lower mainland, so don't bother coming here.

I had the luck of dealing and working with MehekShe located the items I wanted , that no other store could. She ordered in one of the items and then a second one , when a friend also decided that he wanted one. She sent me pictures of the product, gave me a discount that was basically ended,shipped it really quickly, forwarded me copies of my visa, the invoice and the tracking numbers.Any questions I had she answered. Any calls or emails that I sent she responded to. All calls returned.I have never dealt with a better company on line. Goods came early packed perfectly.Thank you Mehek.BestTed
