Pampered Pet Palace

Took care of my belgian malinois like one of their own. Extremely impressed with the condition she came in. As well as price was amazing. Would recommend to anyone.

Our dog is a member of our family, but we can't always bring her everywhere with us. We've utilized Pampered Pet Palace many times and it's always been a great experience. We have peace of mind that she is being well cared for, and when we pick her up she has always had a great time with the other dogs.Their grooming services are top notch. Our pup is 105 lbs of pure energy and HATES having her paws handled. Somehow they manage to grind her nails and they are amazing! They bathe her and brush her... Never had her clipped as she's a German Shepherd and that is not something that breed has done.I highly recommend these guys. They are true animal lovers and you will know that your pet is in good hands.

Our dog's home away from home. If our boy doesn't like a place, he lets us know, and this place meets his high standards. Having him groomed before pickup is really convenient.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR PET. The staff is physically abusive towards people and animals, and the man who runs this is completely out of control. When he angrily smashed my 4lb dog's cage against the wall in a rage I immediately asked to take her back. All this because we were 10min late and didn't call. If you leave your pet here, you've got to wonder how they treat them behind closed doors if this is what they do in front of your face.

I have our dog Odie groomed here all the time. They are excellent - he always comes back looking fantastic - such a good job! We drop him off on our way to work in Essex from Kingsville, and they also deliver him to us right at our office! Highly recommend Pampered Pet

The new owners are such lovely people. I board my elderly dog when I travel and he is always well taken care of and always happy and healthy when I pick him up. Murphy also gets groomed here and Stephanie does an amazing job- best I have seen. Greg (owner) is so smart with regards to dog handling and difficult behaviours. I trust Greg and Stephanie with my fur baby and hope you do as well.

Best Care Anywhere, a Happy Customer :-)I have a long haired chihuahua who has never been in a kennel before, and we were quite apprehensive at first to put her in a kennel. On recommendations of our friends who board their 2 dogs here frequently, I went and talked to the owners who showed me their facilities and how pets are cared for. When I dropped my dog off, the owners graciously allowed me to come in and spend time with her, in her cage, and again the following day. It made me feel better knowing she was okay and doing well. A week later when I came to get her she ran to the owners first before coming to me, which says something. They told me she was wonderful and got used to being in a kennel very easily. They enjoyed having her very much.Thank you sincerely, and we will be back!PS: This is the second time I posted this, somehow the first one got erased?

They did an awesome job on our 8yr old poogle (beagle in a poodle suit). He's so happy after his grooming he is bringing us his toys to play! He hasen'the done that in a long time. We are so grateful. Pet palace is the best! Thank you, thank you :)

I trust my German Shepherds are under excellent care when boarded here! Greg is very passionate about dogs and his business. Totally recommend.
