I’m a big fan of wendys and staff was really nice but unfortunately I’ve gotta them the lowest rating possible. It was my first time coming to this location and I found a bug (roach?) in my food. Cooked nicely on top of my burger. I was already mostly through my burger when I found it and presumably that’s why I was only given a partial refund. The burger costed $2.29 and I got back $1.40. Staff was super nice so it’s a shame but I won’t ever be coming back here.

Went to get my husband some dinner and the guy who took my order was kind enough to show me how to use the fountain machine. 30 years old and I couldn’t figure how to work it. Haha. Service was great, highly recommend.

This is one of the better Wendy's in Guelph. Staff are very friendly and service is quick. I'm quite unhappy that I am unable to use mobile ordering including coupons and rewards. Until that's fixed I'll be getting lunch elsewhere

I walked in and the floors felt very very sticky. The raspberry lemonade was very overpowering and they claimed that they don't make chicken burgers. Even though I had gotten many chicken burgers from this location. I found this very upsetting as I saw the chicken burger menu above me. I did not enjoy my experience at all. The doors also weren't labeled so I pulled a push door. Still very sad and angry.

I had lost all faith in Wendy's up until now. After this experience at this location I would definitely come back. Food came out piping hot, fries were really crispy, and the chicken sandwich was on point. Staff was also really friendly. They should use this location as a training location for other Wendy's that suck like the one in Waterloo on Weber Street or the one on Stone Road in Guelph.

Service and food are decent. However, do they ever clean this place? I’ve gone a few times and the floors are just filthy. My shoes stick to them every time. Wish they clean this place better.

Whomever runs this place should be promoted to a national role (I'm assuming ownership and/or management has not changed in a long time). I've worked in the area for more than 15 years. To be honest, I have never been to another fast food place that is run so well. Lineups move quickly, and there is almost no wait after you place your order.

It's your typical Wendy's some days you get great service, some days you get kids that don't care. Typical fast food place. Food is always our go to though for its freshness

Best Wendy's I've ever been too.Been here all times of the day and have never had an issue.During Lunch hour they are Quick and Efficient. You can tell they work as a team.
