The person who was helping me was Angela, and she was super super helpful! I was pretty picky on the details such as the thread colours and sizing but she was super patient with me to help me get the perfect product I was looking for. Overall the end result was absolutely perfect! There were a few threads left to be cut but those were no issue whatsoever. Thank you to the coastal reign team!!

T-shirts came out great! They let me use my own t-shirts to print on. The process was really easy. Angela created drafts really quickly and kept in touch every step of the way.

Placed a rush order for tank tops with Coastal and they had it to us in perfect time. Great quality merch and fantastic communication all the way through. Highly recommend!

I have used several printing companies before, but the quality here is the best.Of course, the price is fair, and I am satisfied the polite customer care.They are very knowledgeable about printing. Our company, Bounty Collectibles & Toys, was referred by Dapper Labs for their phenomenal Crypto Kitties t-shirt prints. We decided to give them a try and got in touch with Jeffrey Wong. I have nothing but absolute respect and great things to say about Jeffrey and his commitment, knowledge, and determination to satisfy his customers' needs. His quality control, problem solving, and quick action is by far the best I've experience! Highly recommended!

Summary: making mistakes in printing, no product quality control, slow turn around. very reluctant to do proper customer support.I online-ordered embroidered zip-up hoodies and printed t-shirts with my company logo and year number. The year number got printed with a wrong font for both zip-up hoodies and t-shirts, making them look different from the web preview.At least, the year number was properly center-aligned, so we accepted them. If we haven't, they would have to re-embroider, which we thought would cause too much trouble for them. So we were simply being nice (which we regret now)However, the year number on the t-shirts were shifted left so visibly, so we asked for reprint via the company's email customer support channel. The customer rep asked me to drop off the t-shirts to the shop, and then they would reprint them right away.When I pointed it out that it was an online order, thus issuing a return shipping label is the correct process, the rep finally gave me the shipping label. But getting the replacement T-shirts took more than a week. (so right away means more than 1 week?) When I contacted the customer support again while waiting, I was told that the garment had to be ordered, so there is the delay. (so printing shop doesn't have any garment in stock?)Finally we received the replacement T-shirts, But this time, one of them had a sewing issue. When I contacted the customer support about it with pictures(attached below), the rep said now I have to pay for the shipping because it is uncertain if it's the defect from their ship. The reasoning is because I did not contact them promptly after I get their replacement shipment. (Yes, the T-shirts were sitting in the original packaging for 30 days since I received them, and the only thing I checked right after receiving the t-shirts was if the logo and year number is properly printed)I've ordered many T-shirts and hoodies for my company, and this was the only online company that made this many mistakes and had poor quality control and customer support.Maybe Coastal Reign Printing is okay for offline orders, but definitely not ready for online orders.UPDATE: After reading my review, someone in the company contacted me and offered free return shipping as well as partial refund. However, I had to decline. My reasonings were- I tried(and failed) to resolve this issue via their customer support channel already, which made me waste enough time.- if I accept any refund after leaving a bad public review, that would make my review as blackmailing, which is not how I do business.
