Very fast and reliable service. I didn't have much done just 2 headlights and tail lights on my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. They even squeezed me in as they were very busy which no other shop would. I would take my vehicle to them again.

Horrible experience after buying a f150 from them. They don't call back if they say they will, they don't put everything they did on the service sheets so if you get your product back more broken then it went in they as well as you can't figure what's going on. They refuse to believe you even with video proof of the issue (that was my last straw). No courtesy car, I was instructed to rent one when my vehicle went in for hail damage that took place under their ownership. The only time you get the service you paid $40,000-$100,000 for is after you leave a review of your experience, then they suddenly care. Believe it or not the product for the most part has been great aside from some software issues, the headache is dealing with this dealership. I will not go back for any reason whatsoever nor will I recommend them to anyone I care about.

I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 because of John Cymbalisty. He really went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. If you want someone that will go the extra mile for you, then go see John. You won't be disappointed!

We had an emergency vehicle breakdown while passing through Yorkton, and Ford was amazing!! They got us in with short notice and had it fixed for us the next day. The service was fantastic and everyone was so kind and eager to help! Even the staff that were not assisting with our vehicle were welcoming and willing to chat. When we had to stay overnight the staff recommended hotels and the owner himself drove us to our accommodation! We appreciate everything the staff did and we recommend this place to everyone!!

Our most recent purchase being a 2023 Expedition Max Build and Price. John and team made this process quick and easy from start to finish for our family. The vehicle not only arrived four months ahead of the projected earliest arrival date, John ensured everything was lined up ahead of our arrival to ensure we only had to make one trip into Yorkton. All new accessories were installed, we completed all necessary purchase paperwork, had our previous vehicle inspected and appraised, traded in our previous vehicle and acceptance of the new vehicle was completed within 4-5 hours. Our time was seen as valuable and was not wasted in any manner, which was appreciated since we had our three children under the age of five with us and live two hours round trip away. John kept us continuously informed of our delivery, answered any and all questions we had in a direct manner and ensured we had all the facts we needed to make our purchases. John and team were upfront and transparent with all our concerns and questions rather than giving us the answers we “wanted” to hear for the sake of the sales. John did a complete walk through of the new vehicle inside the show room to avoid standing outside in the cold weather. With increasing vehicle prices, our build and price amount was protected and honoured, despite the increases from our initial ordering date two and a half months earlier. We highly recommend John and team for any vehicle purchases!
