Amie and the entire team at Duncan Dodge turned what was a simple birthday test drive into an experience of a lifetime! From the moment we entered the door, the staff were engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. We had such a great experience, my husband and I returned the next day and purchased a Jeep!! Each step and staff member along the way was extraordinary! Upon final transaction, we were again pleasantly surprised by finding the hatch full of birthday gifts for our family’s new Jeep adventures! They clearly go above and beyond! I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from anywhere else again.

Twice in one week I've taken vehicles to Duncan Dodge for an oil change and was happy to have an appointment the very next day both times. And only an hour and a half each time.Compared to up to 3 weeks at other dealerships, I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. Friendly and courteous staff too!

Worse place we’ve ever dealt with!!! They sold our family two lemons in a matter of 3 years the last one lasted 7 months then it died!! They won’t help or do anything to make this right. Disgusted with the business practices the sales person that sold me the car has since left. They are shady and Alex Lush actually had us drive up there just to tell us they were not helping us, when he could have stated this over the phone!!! I wouldn’t buy a bike from this dealership even the finance manager has jumped ship what does this tell you!! Harris Dodge we’re accommodating for what they could do!! Deal with Harris they’re legit not like the clowns in Duncan.

Experience was sub bar! I was told right from the beginning by sales manager Andres that they pride themselves on customer service and I found the complete opposite! I wasted two hours of my time at the dealership after being pressured by their finance advisor to proceed with an application and after reviewing things found out the amount of the loan was $20k higher than what I was quoted in person not to mentioned advertising says 3.99% they were trying to charge me 9.00%. After questioning two sales reps and their advisor I got no answer. Proceeded to express my concerns to the sales manager and got no response! Was a terrible experience to not even get any answers after wasting over 2 hours promising me the world! Extremely disappointed and would never go back here!

My car broke down in the neighbour’s parking and got so lucky to receive service the same day. They literally pushed my car to their garage! I was with my two kids and Corey took care of the rental car for meIt all was very easy and friendly. Everyone was very kind to us.Thank you for the great service

I called around to other local mechanics and was surprised that the dealership was similar pricing, I thought it would be significantly more than the local shops.Thanks Natasha, I appreciate everything you did for me!!

I went in looking to purchase a truck the dealer who helped was David he was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find a good truck. Jenny was also extremely helpful when it came to financing it and got me a great deal. Overall good experience.

Service Department With Not Great Service.Went in for basic fluid changes, a safety check, and tire rotation. That was all done without any difficulties.They just need to step up there comunications game. When you say you are going to do something, you must follow though.Not a bad experience. Not a good first impression.
