Getting into an accident in winter (busy busy time) and having to deal with the process which is long with icbc pro first saved the day got my car in and dealt with quicker then I can spell my name Simran is a great individual to deal with and has always been my go to for autobody repairs this shop is highly recommended if you ever need professional and respectful service oh and it also comes with a great smile haha thanks Simran once again for the fantastic service and getting things done efficiently!

We had a moon roof damaged on a Saturday morning on our way for a March Break trip. We arrive at 9 am, and we’re immediately taken care of. We were back on the road by 1030 am with a rental and a commitment to get there car repaired by the time we came back through town. Amazing service!

Simran and the team at Pro First went above and beyond with our repair. With supply chain delays, it took some time to get our vehicle back but they kept in touch with status updates about the progress. In the end, they took care of our vehicle like it was their own, and we got it back looking better than it did before the accident. I’d highly recommend PFC if you want to work with a team who cares.

I feel it is necessary to tell my story to ensure future customers have every opportunity to go elsewhere before giving Pro First Collision (PFC) their business.I was sent to PFC when another company had damaged my car. The job required repairing and painting the deck lid as well as the spoiler.Upon dropping off my car, they told me it would be a 2-day job and that they would contact me the next day. I was not contacted by PFC the next day. The shop who had originally done the damage contacted me instead to say it would be an extra day. Day 3 of the job I received a phone call from PFC explaining that they were waiting for a part to come in and it would be another day. Day 4 I was contacted by PFC and asked to come in at the end of the day for pick up. When I arrived, I inspected the car to find the deck lid not polished and swirled to the high heavens. I pointed this out to their representative and he came back with the answer that they had yet to polish it (if I had not pointed this out, I am positive they would’ve let me go on my merry way). They asked me to come in a few weeks later for the polish after the paint had set. I agreed.I then asked to see the spoiler. They came back after 10 minutes of searching and told me they had lost my spoiler. After I inquired further as to how that could happen, he stated that it was placed in a different vehicle that had left for the day and the driver was not picking up the phone. I told them they would have to find it as I was leaving for vacation the next morning (they were aware of this). It took approximately 45 minutes for the spoiler to arrive, and I left with the intention of installing the spoiler myself.Weeks later I arrived back at PFC to have the deck lid polished. The results from this polish looked acceptable and I left their shop. Three days later the swirls began to reappear and the original shop that did the damage to my vehicle had to re-polish the deck lid.I would not recommend Pro First Collision for any work on your vehicle. I am extremely disappointed in their quality, communication, and professionalism.

Hands down best repair shop around. Simran and his team are amazing people to deal with and the service they provide is beyond amazing. They are dedicated to getting your vehicle back on the road fast while doing a perfect job doing it, definitely worth going to!
