How can anyone run a business when after their product fails ...promises a refund. I am still waiting 3 months later. Is this a business run out of some ones kitchen?

I ordered blue oyster grain spawn and was extremely pleased. The order was shipped and sent out promptly, and my green house is bursting with blue oyster mushrooms!! This was the first time I have grown mushrooms in straw and the spawn was alive and vital. This is a very very good business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESES PEOPLE!!!!!I made an order in July (10-14 days to deliver). It is now August 27, 2013 and I have not received my order. Several phone calls and emails, all of which were ignored, have prompted me to call my credit card company, who are starting a fraud investigation. Order at your own risk!
